ANNA Money is the business account and tax app for small businesses and freelancers. Swift to set up, ANNA manages your invoicing, expenses and tax returns, and comes with a debit Mastercard® too.
You can use ANNA Money with or without an ANNA business current account. Our app, account and admin services are free while you’re starting up. After that, how much you pay depends on how much you use ANNA.

Astonishing app absolutely amazing
I don’t normally write a review however during the pandemic I was not able to open up a business account with a high street bank .
The only business banking were available are the you banking apps
I tried a few online banks example tide Monzo etc I didn’t have a great experience then suddenly came to my attention was Anna and I have never looked back
You receive immediate 24 hours support on the spot you receive advise and support
What also made it easier for me was the fact that you don’t have to enter any details when transferring payments to anybody all you do is copy and paste and just like your own admin they do the job for you and create invoice on your say so which is convenient for a person who is very busy every day in a business they also have an amazing pay link which gives reassurance to a customer and it looks professional when making and taking a payment I recommend Anna for everyone to at least try and see for themselves.

Horror stories are true
I have been using ANNA for about a year now. Everything was going swimmingly until they decided to block my account with no information given. It was a total black out of over 1 whole week - no access to my monies and no answers. So one whole week during COVID-19 and they couldn’t even be bothered to apologise. They finally booked a telephone appointment to discuss my complaint but then cancelled it 15-20mins after the time they were meant to call. When I questioned it - it’s because they supposedly couldn’t answer questions with regards to my account. Then after I PERSONALLY cleared up the issue for them, I get an email a few days later from someone to discuss the complaint by email?!! This incompetent soul couldn’t be asked to even email me with the right name - clearly email another customer and tried to fob it off as a spelling mistake. Two different names but ok! No attention to detail, no consideration, appalling customer service (with the exception of a lady called Ellie) and don’t be surprised if you loose all your monies to them! They probably won’t even explain why!! Stay away!!!

If this information is provided in a timely fashion, we actively work to get this resolved as soon as possible. Avoid at all costs, impossible to run a business.
Imagine running a business where it’s a game of Russian roulette in terms of if clients will be able to pay you and you will be able to pay suppliers.
What will happen is they will spring ‘security questions’ on you and block your ability to perform transactions until you supply information, in this case supplier invoices and customer invoices, yes, everyone has those to hand instantly.
Just today I had to pay a supplier from my personal account for this exact reason. No nonsense admin? Yea right.
Apparently this is standard practice across the financial industry - I’ve not had this problem over the number of business’ I run, Barclays do not do this, HSBC do not do this, NatWest do not do this, Santander do not do this, TSB do not do this.
The high street banks have their own issues, I moved from Barclays as I didn’t like the fact they removed in person business banking, thinking this would be easier.
It is not. If you are running a business do yourself a favour and go to a high street bank, rather than worry if this lot are going to restrict your ability to actually conduct business.
I urge anyone reading this to not be swayed by the positive reviews, I’m skeptical they’re real.
Im sure a representative will be along to apologise and down play my claims, it’s just lip service.
