What a happy place to stay ❤️
It was my first time at Citizen M hotels, and this one was conveniently placed on the Champs Élysées.
The facilities are excellent, the room is clean, warm and the bed is so comfortable. You have complete control with the iPad supplied and the use of the app on your phone.
But, in my experience, I always find that the demeanour of the staff is vitally important to a visitors stay, and this team were excellent 👏🏼
They were charming, polite, explained everything, but also fun 🤩 you got the sense of a forward thinking group of people and that your stay had endless possibilities.
It was only two nights, but it’s put more vigour back into my day.
So, thank you to the whole team, such a great attitude at this time.

Came up for 3 days to see the sights with my wife and had a great welcome from Addie and also was given 2 drinks and a card which was brilliant.
All the staff we came across were brilliant and we would definitely stay again in the future.

Malfunctions; heed this warning
I was charged thousands of dollars due to a malfunction in their reservation, I was unable to buy food as my cards were locked. I would never trust this company with my card details again. If you get an error, don’t do what I did and keep trying or try with different cards. The payments are all working, your card isn’t the problem, it’s their dodgy back end system.
It took hours on chat support to resolve.
Worse thing about it all, I still didn’t get my reservation.
