This app literally changed my life

This is easily the best app on my phone. I LOVE IT!!!
I was a big fan of the earlier version and this new version is so insanely awesome... using it over the past couple of years has literally changed my life.
I was been experiencing crazy levels of stress, running a start up and dealing with a huge amount of uncertainty which caused me to lose confidence in myself, work waaaay too many hours, sacrifice all the fun and joyful things in life and basically ended in me totally burning out. I was unable to sleep AT ALL and eventually took myself to hospital thinking I was having a heart attack, which thankfully turned out to be chronic anxiety. But when you think chronic anxiety is a great diagnosis, you’ve clearly got issues to deal with. These issues led me to Clementine. And using Clementine changed my life. It’s my go-to for everything from too many thoughts in my head stopping me from getting to sleep, to body confidence when I (now, thankfully!) take a break and go on holiday, to confidence boosts when I’m on the edge before a big day or a big meeting, and ALL THE MANTRAS!!!! The mantras themselves make it worth downloading!!!
This app is the real deal. Just use it. Try it for yourself. See if it works for you. I really hope it does. Thank you to whomever is there behind the scenes for building this app and pretty much saving my life!!! 💜

I was sceptical but it really works!

I thought I would do the trial week as I have a stressful job and I’m recovering from illness so I was looking for something to help me relax and feel more positive. To be honest, I was quite sceptical. I’ve never really done anything like this and it all seemed a bit new age for me. I listened to some the day time ones and they were ok. But it was the nighttime ones that really opened my eyes. Or in reality helped me sleep! At first I tried the getting back to sleep one as I would often wake in middle of night and struggle to get back to sleep. Various reasons but Im also peri menopausal for good measure. OMG! It was like magic! I never have heard to the end as I fall asleep every time. Then I started using the relax before bed ones. Now I’ve no trouble getting to sleep so didn’t think it would do anything. I’m getting a more refreshed sleep. My Fitbit sleep analysis is also showing on the nights I use do the meditation my restorative sleep score goes from in the 20’s to in the 90’s. So I’m convinced! Honestly didn’t think this was for me but now I’m starting to use it most nights. May even look at the day time practices at some point now. Definitely give it a go!

The best app for a great nights sleep

I am a huge advocate of hypnotherapy as for myself it works much better than CBT or counselling. I have tried many different apps over the years but Clementine has hugely improved the quality of my life.

When I stumbled across the app I went straight to the sleep sessions as my anxiety heightens at night before bed especially this year with the pandemic.
I started with deep sleep & feel calmer & I can honestly say after one session I woke up feeling 10 times lighter & I could suddenly feel those small feelings of happiness creep back into what can sometimes be a very dark space. After 1 week of using deep sleep & feel calmer I not only slept better, I had more energy, my relationship improved & I began to feel excited again for the first time in a long time.
I have now started to explore the morning sessions & find fitting a quick 3 min session into my morning routine helps keep me on track to fight that negative chatter that can often hit you without warning.

I would also like to applaud the Clementine team for going above & beyond, Alina was extremely helpful & I am very grateful for the support they have shown me.

This is genuinely an excellent app that will offer the support you need.
