With the My Collingwood Insurance app, you can access your policy details on the move.
Our simple to use app ensures that you can always view important policy documentation such as your car insurance certificate, breakdown cover and more. If you have a Short-term policy, you can buy additional whether you're at home or on the go.
For customers who have just bought a new Collingwood policy, it’s an easy way to upload your proof of no claims discount and additional documents.
Once you are logged in you can (depending on insurance type):
- View current and past insurance policies.
- Take a picture and upload important documents to us via your account.
- Have instant access to your policy documents.
- Receive important notifications.
- Get answers to your most frequently asked questions.

Don’t use this company
Everything was going smooth until the day after I passed my test, I called up to cancel my insurance which at this point had run out anyways, (I just didn’t wanna renew it and then pass my test and have wasted money) so I go to cancel it and they tel me I have to pay £100 for cancellation fees and other stuff, so we set up a payment plan and they then took the £100 straight out without using the plan we set up now putting me with £80 to get to college, food, and petrol.
Doesn’t work
Downloaded the app as I wanted to cancel my provisional insurance. Signed up for it and created a pin but it’s still loading , I’ve done everything to try and fix it but no luck 👎🏻
Improvement needed
This app is a bit pointless, it’s a nightmare to log in and set up, once you are in the app there is little you can do to add on or renew policies so you always end up calling which is a pain.
