No live video
After not using my DV2 for a couple of months I carried out all the update on drone camera and remote and wife extender I now do not receive any live feed to the app on my iPhone 6s. I takes photos and video that can then be viewed in the album. And I have full control over camera but no live feed.
Can some please tell me how to fix this or can you update the app please as I believe it is a bug with the app.
Sort live streaming issue out!
It’s disgusting how a known bug preventing live steaming has still not been rectified. Although I appreciate older models may not be supported with new updates, there is no excuse for ignoring a bug that prevents customers using their drones they paid a lot of money for.
This lack of respect for customers should act as a warning for anybody looking to buy a brand new DJI drone.
What went wrong?
After not using the Phantom 2 vision plus for a couple of months I updated the app and firmware. Now it seems I no longer have live feed just like many others. Occasionally it does work so I know my wifi module is ok, but all I get is no video signal message. Everything else works fine, and the camera still records. FIX IT please!!
