Perfect for anyone struggling with their Mental or Physical Health

This app is life changing. At 35 years old with possible adhd/autism and a partner with likely autism, I've always struggled with time anxiety, procrastination, either clock watching or time blindness which makes me overwhelmed. I've got a pile of journals with to do lists and planners in effort to get organised and build up habits every adult should have but nothing stuck long term.With this app, before I know it I've started a quick bed time routine, a morning routine. We have our laundry from the week put away. The key is not trying to be perfect and follow the clips you're interested in most at that time, and then set the nudge for next time. It sets it either for tomorrow for the daily things or the week for the weekly things which is great. Mondays, used to feel overwhelming, hunting for clean clothes or sleeping in too late for a shower before work. This morning I've had my shower in a clean bathroom. Our bedroom is tidy (did it yesterday!) I've now had my coffee and a glass of water and will have some breakfast and still have an hour to kill before work. Is this how it's supposed to be?! Followed you both for awhile and this app is like the cherry on the cake of content. Super grateful to you both. ❤️❤️❤️

I have officially used this app for more than a week and personally it has really improved how i feel physically and also about myself. I had always struggled with keeping a routine of personal hygiene like brushing teeth and having regular showers, but actually this app seriously helped me get motivated to do it and i chose the step by step option which slowed things down and helped me get it done. I would 100% recommend this to people, but i would also advise that before you pay for the subscription you choose to try one of the body doubling videos; maybe one that you know you struggle with or cant keep a routine with. I also love that there are options, so you could choose a step by step body doubling video or you could have the option to play some type of music while Rox or Rich are in the background doing the thing with you. This has made me feel amazing and supported while i do the boring stuff so i can (afterwards) let the dopamine depict what i do 😅.Thank you so much and i also hope that my review has hopefully helped people get the help they might need by using this app.

It is no exaggeration to say that this app has changed my life. Having a clean, tidy and calming home has always been a dearly held yet unachievable dream of mine, until now. It is absolutely amazing how simply having a friendly, supportive guiding voice and body doubling video to walk me through tasks just removes all the mental clutter and confusion, and makes each step feel satisfying and doable. Each step is something I already know to do in theory, but have never been able to reliably do in practice because of overwhelm, decision fatigue and brain fog. Dubbii gently lifts all of that away. I also love how you don’t have to do a task every single day for it to found towards badges. Such a simple thing really helps to remove shame and pressure, and keeps the motivation going (I love seeing what the next little badge is going to be!). I could rave about this app forever; suffice to say it’s enabled me to achieve a dream I never thought possible - having a clean, tidy home that I can be proud of, and feel relaxed and happy in. Thank you forever!!!!!!!

I genuinely love the Dubbii app — it’s become one of my favorite apps to use daily. Everything about it feels well-designed and intentional, from how smooth the interface is to how well all the features actually work in real life. It’s incredibly easy to use, but still powerful, which is a hard balance to get right. Nothing feels confusing or cluttered, and everything just flows naturally, which makes staying organized and productive feel effortless instead of stressful.The app runs really well with no bugs or lag, and it’s clear that a lot of thought went into making sure the user experience is actually enjoyable. It doesn’t feel like just another generic productivity app — it feels personal, motivating, and genuinely helpful. It’s one of those apps that you don’t just download and forget about, but actually keep using because it makes a real difference.The only feature I would absolutely love to see added is a desk organization option. Something that helps with organizing physical desk setups, planning workspace layouts, or tracking desk organization ideas would be such an amazing addition. It would fit perfectly with the rest of the app’s purpose and vibe, and it would make it even more complete as an all-in-one organization and productivity tool.Overall, Dubbii is an amazing app that clearly had a lot of care put into it, and I would 100% recommend it to anyone looking for a genuinely helpful, well-functioning, and enjoyable app. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
