Update app
This app really needs an update, when it comes to the payment section sometimes it doesn’t go through and I have to close the app and restart the booking it’s becoming very annoying.
Easy to use
The old app used to be terrible but this one is much better. Hotel pages much easily and quicker to scroll!
Like the new membership scheme too
Tries to charge even though already paid and over the top check in authorisation
Tried to charge again for the room even though I paid at the point of booking.
You need the second persons Id and details which makes is impossible to check in properly.
Nice idea but poorly executed with an ott / not customer friendly user experience.
