Easy, convenient and effective
I used this app to make 3 monthly instalments (interest free) to pay a PS5.
I liked how easy it was how they really keep it snappy, they’d send me an email to remind me of my payment date then another one to remind me my payment was due and I’d just make a bank transfer.
I’d recommend and use it again.

Useless, avoid, no order number from Fraser or Fraser plus and no reply yet we owe the money.
Made an order with House of Fraser for a treadmill. Downloaded the Fraser Plus App at the checkout and setup the three monthly interest free payment option. Clicked complete, then no email order confirmation with an order number so can’t even contact anyone as I have no order number, no delivery date email and zero reply to messages in the Fraser plus app when I asked what is going on. Still shows that the three payments will be required. Useless!!!! Needless to say I won’t be making payment for something we likely won’t even receive. Avoid at all costs. Would give zero stars if I could.
Hope they don’t hit my credit score as that would really be the icing on the cake and a call to the ombudsman.

Can’t get app working
App isn’t working please fix this my phone number won’t going in even though it’s the right number all I did was change my phone to a new phone and couldn’t get the app working I spoke to someone who didn’t have a clue how to fix the problem then after two days it came on and I got app working but I was told if I cancelled it and loaded it back up I could do this straight away then now I have to wait 6 weeks through no fault of my own now I’ve lost the £400 credit which I had what no payments out standing then now it’s saying I can’t even get the app at all because someone give me false info please get my account back to how it was asap as it comes in handy for buying things
