I was using another card / flower app 😳and not once did they arrive on time. I was offered £15 off next time so used then again same again . I had to ask if they’d arrived . It wasn’t the same happy birthday( 3 days ago) sincerest sympathy (5 days after the funeral) so I changed and I have had messages back saying thank you without having to enquire if the card etc was there . One brought my Father to tears on Mother’s Day , that was the desired effect 😆🤫as I say I spent £70 on flowers and a card from elsewhere and was underwhelmed! So glad I changed to FunkyPigeon! Like night and day!! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I’m not a long time user of funky pigeon but i thought I’d give it a try, and there’s so much features missing that could really help and there’s just blatant errors. When i go on the website, which i was looking at before the app, i saw a personalised box full of chocolates. I thought “nice, I’ll put that on my wishlist/to buy list and get the app and look for more stuff.” On the website, there is a “short list”. I can’t find that on the app OR THE ITEM!! When you search key words, it comes up with (in my experience) irrelevant things, and there’s no bloody pictures. So you can’t wade through the other stuff and easily identify the item via visuals which would really help. But really, the whole layout, the search field, etc isn’t the most easy to use or the most visually appealing imo. Moonpig (again not a regular user but i got the app for mothers day) has a nicer layout imo and when you search keywords, relevant stuff appears WITH images. It’s a lot more intuitive than this app as far as i can tell on my short usages of both. So my suggestions would be that whilst logged in there should be some form of favourite system/to buy system, something that helps you keep a note of stuff you’re looking at buying. Or maybe a history of viewed items so that you can easily go see what you’ve looked at and find stuff that way. And when searching for items there should at least be an image (even if small) to accompany the item title so that you don’t have to rely on the title to find stuff.

I used this app for the first time. It is awful. I made a card which I spent a long time writing and designing. When adding to cart a continual error message came up and it wouldn't process. I came back to it the next day to see it was still in drafts which it was.. great. I then tried again and made some change. This time it worked although I did nothing different compared with before. Now I saw about 7 versions of the card in the basket. I don’t need 7, I need one..!!!. I deleted one of the old versions to attempt to leave just the latest revision and that move simply deleted them all and I lost the whole thing. The basket symbol at the bottom still shows a 6 on it like I have 6 items in the basket but when I go to the basket - I have none and lost the card.!!Don’t bother and use the moon pig app. I’ve never had any issues with them. Will not use this awful app again. Don’t waste your time. Badly designed and awful to use..!!

Since the app has updated it’s not as easy to use. A lot of the time it won’t let you add cards to your basket to purchase it comes up with an error domain message. If you choose a photo upload a select pictures & try to zoom in on the picture it takes a few attempts before it works. The new layout inside the cards with new options to add photos isn’t very good either as sometimes when I’ve tried to create this it jumps about in the page & when I’m trying to write the txt disappears & you can’t see what your actually writing. Shame because I’ve used this app a lot but each time I seem to use it it takes me about half an hour when before it was done in about 10 mins & that was browsing the selection of cards too. Slightly disappointed Funky Pigeon.
