Brilliant app,it let's me keep track of all my credit with Game and all my pre-orders in one place, however it has one downfall, it's apple wallet support leaves a lot to be desired, it either doesn't scan when you're instore or just won't let you add it to your Apple wallet, currently mine is telling me it failed to read pass what ever that may mean, but overall it is a good experience if you are just using the app itself and not the apple wallet features.

For years this app has been a dull place to occasionally check preorders and scan your reward card when in store, but it’s now finally a place where I can do everything that I can via the site directly! Still not a fan of the direction GAME is going in from where it used to be, but this is a much needed update that we needed years ago and it’s been implemented really well! Kudos to the developers that have clearly worked hard on this!!

Edit: the app has been unable to log me in for over a week and all my preorders were cancelled…no one can fix it so I lose out because the games I ordered are sold out

All my info on my account needed to be inputted again from my name to my billing and delivery address, my card details were also wiped from my account. The AI online chat goes round in circles and isn’t very helpful, I have a preorder coming out in next few days and unsure if payment will go through as I can’t update card details on my account via the app nor the website, since Frasers take over the website app and stores don’t seem to be working all that well, I know things change and the game reward system couldn’t be implemented into Frasers systems but surely that didn’t mean account details disappear.
