A fantastic caring service
Typically I I broke down on a cold wet night, no lights everything just died. I called the breakdown - who I found out later also notified the police as I was not in a good place - they drove by to check I was ok. Shortly after the breakdown van arrived. A very courteous gentleman shielded my car so I could get in out of the rain and very swiftly assessed the problem - alternator. He helped me get my car home. When there he checked and confirmed his diagnosis. I am still so very impressed with how my call was dealt with. Definitely won’t be looking anywhere else for my cover. And, the following day when the garage collected my car they also confirmed it was the alternator. Many thanks for being there when I needed your help.

Just been rescued
I’ve just had the pleasure of being rescued by green flag for the 2nd time since joining Green flag due to my car battery being flat outside my home. This was the first time though i’ve used the Rescue Me app and its utterly fabulous. I was notified via the app an estimated time of what time he/she was going to be arriving, then the revised exact time as when to expect them but amazingly he arrived a few moments after that notification of that time update and restarted my battery within minutes of arriving and i was off on my way.
Nothing but praise for Green Flag. ThankYou So much guys for a superb service and app AND for the gentleman who rescued me today.
From a rocky start to smooth perfection!
Just got my documents through the post and thought I’d try to add my policy to the app since that would be kind a useful. Still can’t find my policy which considering it’s been issued and in my possession doesn’t make much sense nor is it it really any use app-wise.
Update - 22.3 - great comms from Tom re above and able to see why I can’t add my policy as yet. When you know what’s happening it makes things so much clearer. Have updated rating to reflect customer service and will update furthermore once I’m able to add my policy.
