1. The app does not stay logged-in between launches and does not work with the iPhone credential store meaning you have to retype in email and password - annoying.
2. When you have just booked a session, the app just shows the same screen leaving you wondering if it worked or something went wrong. It should go to the current sessions screen.
3. The find parking screen is a bit disjointed and hard to navigate. For instance if you click on the wrong location on the map I have yet to find a way to get back and choose another location without end tasking the app and starting again.

The app is user friendly, easy to navigate, knows where you are and suggests nearby car parks that it thinks you’re using and also stored your details to make repeat bookings quick and easy. BUT the Ts&Cs are unclear. If you book 10 hours, can you leave and return within that 10 hours for free? Do you have to book in advance or just pay for your parking duration at any point that day? The drawback is that you can’t retrospectively pay for parking - if you forget to book on arrival you can’t go back and select your arrival time to pay on departure.

A few things to get right for me.

Initially this app did not work properly and refused to accept my card payment details when I know for a fact they were correct. After a few days this issue rectified itself and this is no longer a problem. There is still an issue with selecting nearby parking locations at times, meaning you have to access the map to manually search and select the car park even though the app has already tracked the correct one. On the whole it’s pretty useful for easy payment but the aforementioned issues need work.
