Wouldn’t Be Without House and Garden

Have been taking the magazine for over 30 years and now also save articles in the app. I still eagerly await my paper version of the publication but find saving articles easier on the app.

It is undoubtedly the best of its kind and gives me much joy each month. Never disappoints and stays unto date in its style.

Should be 'zero' star

May 2017... Don't upgrade this app... I did and lost all historic purchases. Conde Nast say it's 'nothing do with us, contact iTunes, although it clearly says in the app you can access past purchases. You can't. Typical unfriendly customer service at Conde Nast...
May 2016...This app, along with House & Garden customer service is beyond abysmal. Having purchased a subscription (hard & digital) I'm told that the hard copy is 'sold out'. Ok but don't take the customers money if you haven't got the goods. Having purchased back copies, they don't appear in the app. Email after email, (each one answered by a different person giving conflicting advice) so that's a waste of my time. In a previous issue there were, or should have been, some rather nice postcard included. I didn't get any and on enquiring why was told 'I know nothing about postcards with this issue'. Rubbish! The following email said 'sorry, we've run out of the cards'. But subscribers get their copies before they are on the newsstands, so -Keane explain this anomaly! None was forthcoming! A wonderful magazine, crap app and even crappier customer service. What a shame

This is rubbish

What a pain this app is. It frequently requires me to sign in, unless I download a new version of the app I cannot get the latest month, it takes ages to download and instead of remembering where I am in the magazine, it takes me back to the cover each time. Other magazines can do. What's wrong with these people?
