Just visited newest Burger King in Glasgow today. Having seen the new restaurant/drive thru getting built from scratch I was over the moon when I seen the Burger King sign on the building and anticipated the opening with optimism. I wasn’t disappointed, food was great and the staff very friendly and helpful with the issues I had with the app when ordering. B.K burgers are by far the best on the market, that distinctive taste is always a pleasure to experience, real veg….a tomato that actually resembles a tomato is delightful and the fries are like no other, crispy and a joy. As with any new establishment there are going to be a few minor issues, that’s to be expected. I will be a regular and your rivals Mc ???? up the road have competition on their hands. Keep up the good work B.K and welcome to the neighbourhood. 😀😀

Is Weston Super Mare Drive Thru the worst BK in the country? I’ve placed in the region of 10 APP orders for this branch to collect at around 9:pm over the period of 2 months. I have to say whatever is going on at this branch there is something fundamentally wrong. I arrive for my order approximately 10 mins after placing order inevitably I’m the only vehicle in the drive thru and for some bizarre reason I always have to wait for my order. The shortest time being is 10-12 minutes and the longest time is 20 mins + and the normal being around 15 minutes. Thus leaving me at the collection window waiting like an idiot. This is noway acceptable for a FAST FOOD establishment when they’ve had a 10 minutes heads up on my arrival and received my money prior to me leaving work. Every time I question the delay I get some convoluted excuse that inevitably is someone else’s fault. I must admit the food is good but my time is importantly precious to me and I no longer go to BK because I can’t wait this length of time for my FAST FOOD. I will not return to BK til I’ve heard that they have gotten their act together and actually at least speed up the service. Perhaps put the order on when they receive and accept the order from the APP. I’m very disappointed in this service and choose to go elsewhere now and unfortunately the general census of this branch is the same as my many bad experiences.
App doesn’t work and never has

Burger King app has literally never worked for delivery the year or even more that I’ve had it. I have used just eat to order a couple of times but I see Burger King losing a lot of custom due to this issue. I resort in ordering from McDonald’s app instead which is half the price never with any problems. Why offer a delivery service on the app to tell me my location doesn’t exist? Someone needs to lose their job or find a new one, someone else really needs to pull their finger out and develop this app properly. 2026 and can’t use an app that’s been broke for years to get food delivered to my house - but no problem to order from the same restaurant that “doesn’t exist” when it’s for collection through the app. Absolutely infuriation and off putting to the whole company, and people make fun and say McDonald’s employees are either stupid or too young🫣 embarrassed beyond belief for BK at this point. Such a common error nationally and still remains unresolved. 0/5 if I could. Hire a proper app developer and do something for your customers, you do demand high enough prices for big standard rustlers burger food, could atleast get SOMETHING right with all the complaints and the ridiculous amount of time this has been the situation.

We eat at Burger regularly and use the App all the time for great offers, but since lockdown it’s all a bit confusing. We visited Southend High Street twice and were told no vouchers or app offers could be used, even though they were still handing them out and the offers were now being offered after stopping for a while, due to COVID-19. We decided to visit Burger King Pipps Hill Basildon drive-thru to see if they did whopper Wednesday as the App advertised it. We were told no sorry no whopper Wednesday even though the App offered it and I asked about any other offers on the App and was told to come inside if I wanted to use more than one voucher. I when inside and I could get a whopper Wednesday to take out and use as many offer vouchers as I please to takeout, which we did and sat in the car park the same as we would have done if we had made our purchase through the drive-thru. It doesn’t make much sense to me apart for making my purchase abut more inconvenient and I don’t know why you can offer different things inside and out with the App
