As an installer of Bosch climate units, and also installing in my own home i find the units excellent. However Bosch are a bit behind in terms of app features for the 3200i. The ability to switch silent mode on and off, view humidity level, outdoor temps and power usage would be a great addition, as Daikin and Mitsubishi offer this already. I feel Bosch are slightly behind because of this.

I wrote a 3 star review about this app, bemoaning the lack of a timer function. Well that has been addressed, and more. Basic on off timers in 30 minute segments have been implemented along with daily heating or cooling timers. Why did I initially write a negative review? Because this new functionality was hidden behind an innocuous icon at the bottom right. I’d suggest a Clock or similar icon instead of 3 horizontal lines.

It’s very basic but does what it says it will - unfortunately that isn’t all that much - it’s basically the equivalent of the remote control but seemingly no smart functions like scheduling etc
Helpful app but needs integrations

I found it very easy to add and set up my 3 air conditioning units. The controls are intuitive and I find it easier to use than the remote control. The key downside is there is no integration with Google Home or Alexa, which seems like a major oversight as that would make it a lot easier to use.
