Pretty fun to play, kind of like Smash. My biggest pet peeve is that it’s quite easy to lose track of where you are in the middle of action. Some tags would be useful. The combat is a bit simple. There is a light attack and a heavy attack. That’s it. Of course, depending on the direction you point it changes the attacks and there are techniques. But it feels lacking sometimes. Also, it's really anoying how the characters work. One day I'm using one legend. Then the next I come back and its different. I connected “inventory” with my Nintendo Switch game but it didn't keep the charaters from my Switch. Then I later played on my Switch and the characters changed. Again. It's really annoying because if you get good with a character and play them all the time, then they change, it's just bad. At that point you have to pull the gold together and buy the legend. Still, a really fun game which I could spend hours playing.
Great game, but major connection and lag issues

I’ve been playing this game for a while, and it’s superb. But there are extreme connection issues with lags and being kicked out of the app way to often (and by way to often, I mean about once per game) because of those issues (this doesn’t happen to me in other games). When it kicks you out of the game at the end of a round, which it often does, you don’t get any rewards or xp, which may seem not to bad, but it slowly adds up and is very inconvenient to say the least. However, this is an addictively fun and entertaining game, and I wouldn’t have rated it this high with a of the connection issues I have been experiencing if it wasn’t such an amazing game.

Do not play this game competitively if you want to stay calm, the rage this game brings is nothing but traumatic for my mental health, please don’t play this game competitively if you don’t want your mental health to become worse. To all the spammers reading this, you know who you are, you know you are terrible at this game and you know that you ruin this games reputation. If this review is read by a member of the brawlhalla team, please know that a majority of people who are really trying to enjoy your game are being tormented by this sig spammers who aren’t very skilled at the game, which causes the spammer to reach a higher rank whilst the rest being tormented are at a lower rank; even though they should be at higher rank from their active rank. So please, to the member of the brawlhalla team that might be reading this, a majority of players have been wishing for addition of signature cool-downs in order to stop these spammers from exploiting the rank system.If this wish has been done, thank you. I have no hope for the state of this game.

Don’t get me wrong, I am a massive fan of this game. But, after receiving the 100 mill visits thingy, I noticed that I had all of the legends. Obviously, in some ways, this is a good thing for others, but for me, I feel it ruins the game altogether. With all the legends for free I don’t find it as fun to play because you can’t work hard for a legend you want ( which I feel means there’s no point in playing anyway ) . Don’t honestly know if this is a glitch or something you earn after the 100 mill visits, but whatever it is I don’t like it. I know others could have the same issue but I have researched the cause of this and found nothing. I just need to know someone else is having the same problem as me, otherwise it’s probably just something wrong with my device or whatever. Really hope this gets sorted out because I have no clue how to stop it
