Maintenance
Always have updated information on your vehicle’s fuel or battery level, airbag, and odometer status in addition to tyre pressure. Receive Vehicle Health Alert notifications whenever a fault is detected.

Remote operations
Use the Vehicle Finder feature to locate your car anywhere. Lock and unlock the doors or flash the headlights remotely. If you have an electric or plug-in hybrid vehicle, schedule battery-charging sessions and precondition the cabin turning on the air conditioning remotely.

Connected navigation
For the vehicles equipped with the navigation system, each trip can be planned in advance via the FIAT app. For the electric and plug-in hybrid vehicles, you can easily find the nearest public charging station and check how far you can drive with the residual battery level.

Safety & Security
Thanks to My Alert Lite you can always keep an eye on your vehicle wherever you are receiving a push notification on the app, SMS and email in case of attempted theft.

How to activate the connected services?
After purchasing your vehicle, complete the account registration on the FIAT app or on the MyUconnect.Fiat website using the same email given to the dealer during the vehicle purchase. Once you complete the activation, you will receive a confirmation email and your connected services will be ready for use!

What has happened?

Wish I could give no stars! I think there has been an update which now means that I can’t save charging or climate schedules and my car still thinks I’m parked at work 30 miles away! I’ve removed the app and reloaded it, switched my phone off and rebooted it and finally exited the app before logging in again. Nothing. I like others bought this car partly for the excellent IT but this is shocking. Please fix it soon.
Update: contacted today by the developer who offered to rectify the problem. Very nice of them to do this as most companies would just ignore the post. However it seems to have fixed itself since I did an Apple software update. So far so good - when it works it’s good. I can precondition the car and charge remotely. Worth sticking with.

Km-miles conversion auto sum bug

Changing km to mileage for the uk. Remaining range is inaccurate. Calculation should be ‘remaining range in km” divided by 1.6. The car screen range will then be correct and the figure you get is correct. The app algorithm then repeats the calculation to show an incorrect mileage on the app. A little buggy but think this will be easily fixed so that would give the app 5 stars. Great little app other than that! Nice to be able to set your climate to precondition although doesn’t always execute correctly.

Update. This is the most frustrating app on my phone. Almost impossible to log in. Since logging out have not even been able to add my car to my ‘garage’. Changing my email address involved contacting several people on the phone, email AND chat. It’s a nightmare. And the car isn’t much better. Cannot wait to get rid. Car decides to change speedo to km/h whilst driving, charging speed changes so needs to be checked every single time it’s plugged in.

This app works well for me!

I’m enjoying using this app. No major issues.

When preconditioning the car you need to enter your four digit PIN. Four grey dots appear on the screen which turn black as you enter the number. I find that there is insufficient contrast between the grey and the black. Also, there is no “click” or haptic feel when you enter the PIN. It would be better if the dots were red and turned to green and there was a “click” as you used the keyboard to make the entry.
