Sometimes glitches and the general interface isn’t clear. The rest is quite good, and it is OK in terms of connection to my dishwasher. All I had to do was to scan a qr on the dishwasher and it said loading (for ten minutes) and then connected. I combine this with my Alexa echo show, which sometimes doesn’t do what I ask and can’t control much. But my son loves a smart home, and he managed to convince me to make a really smart home so I did with Alexa, and he actually linked this dishwasher to this app on his own (which I didn’t even know it could do that) and later to Alexa which I control my lights with and my washing machine (which is also on this app) so all is well now and I have had it for a year now. I have changed my review because I couldn’t log in , the support team contacted me and advised me there wasn’t a problem their end so I had an idea to switch my security off on my phone this was the problem as soon as I switched it off the app opened instantly without having to log in every time I open the app so I’m happy I can now use the extra cycles on my washing machine

I’ve set up WiFi connection through the Connect App and followed instruction’s etc. 4 months later without any reason or warning it has decided kicked me out and forced me to reconnect all over again. Last month did the same again so this time the status say the washer and dryer connection is offline? So I tried reconnecting (again) through the app after I scanned the QR and it’s asked for the WiFi name and password it’s asking me for a 2.4 GHz instead of the 5GHz. Why was any changes has to be made and why I have to go through this all over again I have no idea. I tried getting in touch with customer service through the app but it’s replaced with the AI bot so customers service doesn’t exist anymore so I can’t be a**ed with this app anymore it’s useless and there is no customer support anymore so f…k it!

Pointless, non-functional app. I’ve purchased a new Hisense washing machine and whilst it connected easily enough, the remote function turns off after every cycle and has to be re-enabled on the machine. This means I can’t run a wash then a separate spin using the app. I have to do everything on the machine. The info on the auto dosing liquid amounts is also wildly inaccurate. I started a wash and the app said both were almost full and part way through the wash I got an alert from the app to say “insufficient detergent”. It seems the only “useful” part of this app is to check how long is left and the notification to tell me the washer is done. Both of these things can be achieved by looking at the washer or listening for the ending music. App is a pointless gimmick.
