This game is incredible! It is everything I have wanted for a mobile yugioh game! There is only one criticism I would say needs to be addressed. The N, R, SR and UR tokens need to be obtainable via different methods other than dismantling other cards. This is such an annoying process as it requires me to spend my gems on packs to barely pull a UR only to need 3 of them to generate 1 UR card. Most of the competitive decks have UR cards in them and for free to play players like myself it’s impossible to actually create a deck to use. I suggest having all of the tokens available and purchasable in the store for gems or have them cost less tokens to generate a card. Maybe you can even get more per dismantle.Please address this as I would love to create a variety of decks and really start to enjoy the massive library of cards available!

My account logged me out due to a glitch on Konami’s behalf. When I emailed them for support not only was they extremely unhelpful but they also didn’t seem to care about the glitch that caused the issue. I was simply told to restart the game. Now for anyone who is actually played this game. You would know that restarting this game is an absolute mission. An absolute joke! There are loads of limited edition things that you get in the game such as alternative artwork cards, field zones and to simply start the game again for issue that wasn’t my fault is absolutely ridiculous. To redeem my account one of the questions I’ve asked War how much money I have a rest of the game. When is the last time I had made a purchase now, which is an odd question but as I play the TCG version of the game as well I personally don’t like spending money on the digital version as it’s not something I physically own (like the cards) good thing I didn’t because I would be out of pocket too.I have invested lots of my own time into this game and I think it’s absolutely outrageous that the creators of this company are not looking out for the player bass players are not even willing to help. The customer service team is absolutely disgusting and I think hey simple process, like logging into your own account or reclaiming, your own account should be left to the player not Konami. I highly urge other players, not download this game, or invest your time/ money into it, and simply play something else. Ultimately is not worth your time.
Takes too long to load

I played the tutorial and it was fun but then it told me it was going to download 3.56 gigabytes of data or something? Which I thought was fine but it takes too long to do so and it is very annoying because it expects you to sit on the app for God knows how long for it to load which if you don’t have something to do in the mean time is fairly inconvenient (for me I was at school when I downloaded it.) It’s been maybe 10 or more minutes all together and it has only loaded 11.5% of the way so you know I’m not exaggerating. If the devs could maybe fix the download speed or maybe do it while the download from the App Store is installing that would make the experience better apart from that the game seems fun but I haven’t been able to play anything apart from the tutorial yet so I might update this review once I’ve finally fully downloaded all data. Update: after half an hour or an hour of waiting or something It finally fully loaded and I’m greeted by a maintenance error. Perfect it wants me to wait LONGER THEN I ALREADY HAD this is super inconvenient and I don’t even know when it will be ready please fix your servers urgently and fix the speed of loading update2: this game is too hard and I don’t get it if you can’t handle complicated things this game is not for you ⚠️ BE READY FOR LONG DATA INSTALLATION ⚠️
Not beginner friendly at all

So I would imagine this is good if you know what you’re doing as there’s customisation, additional decks etc. Unfortunately I am not one of those people. I got taught how to play it a good few years ago when a colleague brought in some decks to help pass a night shift, and I thoroughly enjoyed it and wanted to try it again although it’s been so long now I don’t really remember it. I don’t think the tutorial is overly good at explaining things. Theres duels as part of those, but would be beneficial to have just a random duel single player mode where you could set the difficulty rather than having to either repeat as part of the tutorials or go through tutorials/storys to unlock it. The online play I assumed it would maybe pair you with someone your level/similar basic deck/have a beginner room or something but no, it’s pretty much me getting absolutely destroyed by pros 99.9% of the time throwing out a whole load of cards whilst I have no idea what’s going on or how they’re doing it! It would be nice if the interface was maybe a bit more straightforward or the option to make it a bit more basic or something too. It feels over complicated at times and to be honest I’d be happy with a simple visual rather than the battle ground and the ability to use my phone vertically. Please make more beginner friendly options so I can enjoy this card game again rather than getting fed up of being torn apart over and over!
