Payment will be charged to iTunes Account at confirmation of purchase, and your account will be charged for renewal within 24-hours prior to the end of the current period. Subscription automatically renews unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24-hours before the end of the current period. I have had Star Walk on a succession of iPods, iPhones and iPads for 10 years now and I would not be without it. It has never let me down. It has been stable for all this time. It is my go to app for quick star or planet locating. The background information is very useful. I have Star Walk 2 as well. Together they give me all I need on my phone when I am stargazing. Keep up the good work.

Easy to use app and great features. I have been using this for a couple of years now and never really found a problem. The only thing that could do with looking at, is the notifications. I had a notification that Jupiter and Venus are close in the sky tonight This notification came after they had set below the horizon! The notification should take into account the users location (I live in the UK) and not assume the live in the USA. That is the only issue that has bugged me, otherwise, 5 stars 👍🏻

I am so glad to now know where the planets are and their names. To know where the space stations and various satellites are just by holding my phone in the direction of the sky. I also like the music that accompanies the search it gives atmosphere. So glad I purchased this app and recommend it.

Adverts ruined a great app

I used this app for YEARS and friends always liked the info I could give them from it. It now has so many ads that it ruins the experience in the moment and the reason I used it. Typical process of a originally free app that either adapts to monetise its success or is sold and new owners look to monetise. Either way this app is no longer worth keeping when other apps do the same without the ads and intrusion to request you ‘upgrade’ to ‘paid’ versions to get the info that used to be free in the original app when 1st used. Sorry starwalk but your app is no longer the great app it once was due to capitalism. Time to delete.
