Well done on having it integrated across iOS so it can fill in forms in external browsers, e.g. Safari & Chrome, but I haven't seen how to SAVE a new website's details INTO Lastpass from an external browser when I'm creating one…! That's a MAJOR oversight as I would now have to manually create and import the new website's registration details into LastPass, switching from app to app back-and-forth. That's why I think a built in browser would be advisable with an auto "save this site" option. It confuses and bothers me since you had this feature in the past! What went wrong? Why not keep it?? Especially since there's the option to make use of Apple's built in "web viewer" that's based on Safari or is that no longer offered as part of your Developer Software Kit!?! Either way, you could include it but you just choose not to. It a disservice to your users. Also important, the SEARCH bar should be in the RIGHT HAND frame (NOT the slender left hand frame) so you can ACTUALLY SEE THE FULL NAME of your search results, and avoid being unsure if you're copying the password for eg. "shopping site AZ personal login" or "shopping site AZ work login". I think this shows you care very little about the users' experience which is unfortunate. I have other minor points too but I'm not sure if you would listen. I really hope you as developers choose to work on your perspective and then maybe also your product.

I’ve used LastPass for many, many years now and they deserve my receive. I have had very little issues. In fact, each time I have had issues I’ve received a call back from support in minutes including Sundays and holidays. As is usual it’s also ended up being my understanding of the app and not a bug. Support even resolved my issue with Microsoft Authenticator because i was going around and around in circles trying to resolve with Microsoft’s automated support. There are always apps promising more, but it’s the whole package that counts. I can’t afford to loose access to my passwords and critical logins, so I ignore all the sales hype and if I’m thinking of an app, I contact the App’s support, then you usually know immediately your answer.
Frustrated and disappointed

So I have been using this app for about a year and it has for the most part worked as it should. However, there have been a few occasions that have ruined the experience for me. Despite having face ID login turned on, every now and then it just refuses to work and makes me put in the Master Password. Which is fine except for the multiple times when it has refused to accept my master password which I am certain is correct. This is the situation I currently find myself in. I know it is the right password, I even changed it to ‘recover my account’ so I am 100% certain it is correct and it still says it is wrong so it won’t let me access the account. I try to contact customer service and the only way to have contact a real human being is if you sign up for a paid monthly subscription. The option to speak to a person and not a robot that clearly does not understand this specific situation, should be free. This has happened before and last time within a day it randomly accepted the password. However, this time I have updated the app and waited days and it still says it is wrong (when I promise you it is not). So frustrating and disappointing as I will now have to change my password for everything I has stored on there.
Used to be good

I can’t believe how many people I got using this application years ago. Unfortunately they seem to have gone down the money making route. I am desperately trying to enable multi factor authentication on my free IOS mobile account I am unable to do so as you need to access the advanced settings in the desktop only option. I follow the help files and it tells to me to login to LastPass in a browser. Unfortunately as this pops up a warning to change to computer and away from mobile then it makes it difficult. You have 3 changes and the last one makes you a premium user. Well I unfortunately changed this twice aleady (once to log in on browser on mobile which is seen as a computer (1..) or and then changed it back to test on the mobile app (2..) and it did not work so I am wanting to log back in to change Authenticator settings. But to this I will be locked into computer only and wont be able to change without paying for premium!!! Stupid stupid and devious setup.
You'll have a more reliable experience thanks to various minor bug fixes.
