New update has ruined the app

The old layout was perfectly fine, now there are sponsored listings all over when you search for items, trying to tap my basket to see what I've got so far and because they've jammed the link for your local site on top of the basket button it keeps taking me to listings for other nearby sites, searching products has a good chance of coming back up say page not found, which then breaks the search function entirely, so you have to restart the app, but you better hope it doesn't also crash on the load screen when starting up as well! Absolutely horrible update, another company changing their app for no good reason and breaking every useful part of it in the process, and you know they won't roll it back or fix the problems, I'll be taking my companies business to bidfood & brakes going forward just so I don't have to bother with this farce.

The new update of the app keeps logging me out every time, on top of that if you need to see what’s in the basket you need to scroll all the way to the bottom of the page and go for next page why can’t we add a simple button on top of the page to scroll to next page. The app takes ages to load on to the screen.I’m using latest iOS 26updated version.Please try to solve it asap.Thanks

More of an advertisement than an app but it works without crashing. Login is easy and the card is useful. The rest, not so much. Listing product prices is helpful but it would be far more useful if it told us which rack and pallet the product was on. That would save some time. Even better if you added this to the ability to scan purchases with the app rather than a separate hand held unit.

Brilliant app and so easy to use love the way it interacts with the camera on the iPad which makes re-ordering so easy keep up the good work guys. I don’t understand why people are having a problem with this are user on the iPad and the iPhone and don’t have an issue.
