Iv been using the app & 2 card readers since November Never had any issues transactions are a breeze & work every time has made the queues go much fast with been able to pay by card & the my product section is brilliant the only down side that I have is stock control if a item goes out of stock there is no way to set stock limits so the button can’t be pressed on the app & discounts would be great instead of needing to type in the amount & for it not to show on the invoice they have received a discount as some offered we have is for 0 pound there is no way to discount it or set it up in my products with out needing to add a price so it’s currently set to 1p it would be great to add a discount option so product can be discounted by a % or £ off the items selected show the discount shows up on the invoice & not needing to have separate products of the same thing set up in my products

I have made an account to use for an even I had been part of everything was fine making the account and taking the payments. Then when it came to cashing out my funds I was told my account is restricted and needs some more informations via email. This was no issue I got sent an email which told me to reply directly to with information about the company and possible social media or websites to give some general knowledge. I’ve done this sent the email and got a reply from the post master saying “Your message wasn't delivered because the recipient's email provider rejected it.” So I jumped on the live chat and have been back and forth since I even asked the representative if I could just send my email as a text in the chat . I have not been given a email to send to that works and I’ve not been told nothing apart from a specialist has been assigned . This has been an unnecessary headache for me I’ve not been able to pay for my costs and have had to pro long my co workers because of a simple communication issue I will update my review if and when this is sorted but as of now I’ve been left waiting for god knows when I’m not claiming this app to be a scam but I’m experiencing the worse end of it

Until 48 hours ago I would have given a 5* rating with no shadow of a doubt - now there is nowhere on the scale so low I could rate accurately. I have tried so hard with chat support, sent screenshots of the problem and all I am supposed to do is find an option on the website that doesn’t exist on the app that I never chose in the first place and which is nowhere I can see online and support can’t tell me where to find it either. I have a café. I sell coffee. I want the price of a coffee to be the price in the app and at the checkout. All of a sudden the prices changed and as the underlying item price is actually correct there is no correction I can make which resolves the problem. Applying a discount doesn’t work (cos then when I go to the payment screen a further amount has been randomly deducted on top of my correcting discount). Changing item category doesn’t work. Closing the app, signing out and signing in, even deleting and reinstalling doesn’t change anything. You have a bug and you’re not prepared to admit it. And all those of us who rely on you to run our businesses are out in the cold. Maybe you assume we’re so tied in to you that we cannot change regardless of what you do (or don’t do). That’s a dangerous place to be.

Used to work well, but is getting worse

As a small business, the app and card machine has been incredibly useful. However, in the last few months, multiple updates seem to be removing useful features.The most notable being:1. The black round number icon in the corner of the products in the basket, which shows the quantity in your basket2. The search has changed, making it harder to find products. For example, in previous versions if you searched for ‘pin’ it would show you ALL items with the word ‘pin’ in the item name. It didn’t matter where pin was in the name. So I could search pin and would get results for ‘acrylic pin’ and ‘enamel pin’ Now, if I search ‘pin’, it will come up with no searches found. I’d have to put the first word of the product title in the search to find them item, so ‘acrylic’ or ‘enamel’. It just makes everything to much harder to find. Why get rid of features like this?Speaking to customer service is a nightmare, they send you round in circles and don’t help with anything. I’ve tried 4 different devices, multiple different accounts, browsers, the app etc and it still won’t work. Seems like this update is staying, but it’s so badUpdate: following the response from the developer, both issues are affecting 2 different iPhones, 2 different iPads and 1 Samsung phone, plus the internet browsers on my desktop computer (chrome, safari & Firefox tested) .So it’s not just Apple devices.
