New Approach To Business Banking
What a refreshing change to banking ,, I run a small but successful business to which the high street banks have no interest in excepting charging you for stuff you don’t want or need. On top of which they charge you for everything & then offer no support in any way shape or form. After applying some modern thinking ,, was Recomended this bank. To be honest at first I was grabbed by it’s marketing .. But after looking around I thought you know what let’s give it a go.. Wow ,, glad I did .. such versatility it links and works with all my other business tools / apps & you can set up multiple accounts to split International funds aside from UK .. with ease of moving funds between them & to payees .. you can upload invoices & receipts against payments so there can be no mistake what you were paying .. an accountants dream . Oh of which I set them up on view only in like 5 mins .. that proses took around 6 weeks in my old high steer bank .. This bank & App are leap years ahead of main stream banks .. I can’t say enough about it .. the only draw back is you can’t get access to large amounts of cash fast ,, but who really wants cash when it could carry the virus !? Not Me ,, No I just changed the wag I do business .. adapt to your surroundings .. This app is certainly adaptable,, would highly recommend it .. ;)

I was a customer Lloyds banking for 10 years. During lockdown, I managed to sustain my business and expand it into opening a shop following year. I doubled the turnover and paid off things with the bank. That was not good enough annoyed, and instead, they do use my credit facilities and my turnover decreased by half which significantly affected the business drastically. I decided to beat my services away and open an account for Revolut due to high recommendations from other business owners. Well I can honestly say that 18 months down the line I have had no issues with Revolut business banking. It’s been a straightforward process. And I also have the Revolut card machine for when we do external event and that has never failed on us. With out Any hesitation I would recommend Revolut business banking to anyone and you won’t look back.
Frustrating Experience with Revolut Business Account Setup
This has been one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had. I attempted to set up a business account for my new company in the UK and faced numerous issues during the sign-up process. Despite providing my share codes as proof of residency—since I don’t have a visa—the system repeatedly failed to recognize them, even though these codes work on multiple platforms. The support team asked for the same information multiple times for 4 days!, claiming it didn’t work, which was incredibly frustrating. I even provided them with a step-by-step guide on how to process the codes as was requested, yet they still failed to resolve the issue. There were also persistent problems with uploading documents, adding to the confusion and delays. When I requested a complaint form, I was abruptly blocked from the app and informed that I could not open a business account at this time. This entire ordeal has been nothing short of torturous. It’s truly disappointing, especially since I was looking forward to leveraging Revolut’s favorable exchange rates for my international customers. The overall incompetence has been disheartening.
