As described in the title, the betting system in betfair is very easy to use which makes things convenient and quick imo. Compared to others, this is definitely one of the nicer betting sites, especially acca and bet builder. HOWEVER, I noticed that the H2H stats pages, for lots of matches, are actually incorrect. For example, PSG vs Brest, the h2h stats show that brest beat psg 3-1, (visually shown like: BREST 3 - 1 PSG) when it should be PSG 3 and Brest 1. This actually made it alot more inconvenient for me as I was betting with misinformation, hence me having to google the stats instead. Misinformation on a betting app is probably one of the worst things that can happen in my honest opinion. I hope this problem can be fixed soon. This would get a 3 star, thats how bad i think this problem is, but I give it 4 star because I do still think betfair is a really good bet site.

I'm writing this review as a warning to others: stay far, far away from this casino app. I thought I was getting a fun and fair gaming experience, but what I got was a complete and utter rip-off. First of all, the games are rigged. I mean, seriously rigged. I've played slots before, and I know that sometimes you win, sometimes you lose. But this app seems to have a special "screw the player" mode that kicks in whenever you're on a hot streak. I've seen my winnings disappear in an instant, only to be told that I need to play more to "unlock" the next level. What a joke. And don't even get me started on the customer support. I tried to reach out to them multiple times to complain about the rigged games, and all I got were canned responses that basically told me to "keep playing and you'll win eventually." Eventually?! Are they kidding me? I've played for hours, and I've lost hundreds of pounds. When will "eventually" arrive? But the worst part is the lack of transparency. They don't even bother to hide the fact that they're rigging the games. I've seen other players complaining about the same issues, and the app's moderators just delete their comments and ban them from the forum. It's like they're trying to silence anyone who dares to speak out against their shady practices. I demand a full refund and a personal apology from the developers. Until then, I'll be warning everyone I know to stay away from this app. Don't waste your money, folks. This app is a scam, plain and simple. *UPDATE:* I've tried to contact the developers multiple times since writing this review, and they've ignored me completely. It's clear that they don't care about their customers or their reputation. Avoid this app at all costs.

While betfair is my favourite bookies, (been with them for years and ive spent thousands since i joined) the app has been so bad for about the last 3 months. The most frustrating thing being when you click match view or match stats it just doesnt seem to work and its not one or 2 games, its the full fixtures. i have a couple of friends with the same problem. Just sat there looking at a loading screen.People moaning about games being suspended right at the end of a game are just stupid (why would the bookies offer you cash if it's right at the end and your bet’s losing).. However when you have a winning bet or a bet on the verge of winning cash out has just casually disappeared so many times! (as in you click cash out and your bets have actually vanished), its an absolute joke! It hasn’t just happened once or twice its happened to me numerous times, then if the bet messes up, cash out magically appears again and if its still winning it appears again about 2 mins before full time.The other frustrating thing is when you have a match suspended for an entire game! Whats that all about cause it makes cash out pointless. I had a few bets yesterday which 2 of them were four fold accumulators. There was a game in each of them which were suspended for the full 90 mins which just ruined the fun for me as cash out wasn’t an option and you couldnt see what was happening in the game.These problems need sorting out cause i’m becoming very close to finding a new bookies!

Also- no nonsense quick withdrawals and very good customer support- I had an issue with the welcome bonus and a team member sorted it straight away.Reason I’m not giving 5* is that often you can find better sporting odds on other websites- and I think the acca building could be a bit easier to navigate. The cash outs also aren’t great- I’ve had 3/4 legs hit in the first half yet the cash out was still only slightly more than my stake.However, if you’re looking for good customer service, a good rewards scheme and no dodgy withdrawals then I’d definitely recommend Betfair. 4/5*.
