The app looks good but it takes a while to order as the app takes you out of it to safari to then use the menu to order instead of it being just on the app taking less time. And when ordering cocktails I was looking at getting two different cocktails for the 2 for £13 offer but I received 2 drinks of each as it wasn’t specified you can only get one cocktail the same as part of the offer.

We popped in here to have a mid week dinner. We opted for vegan nachos and beef taco to start. I could have eaten a bucket of the nachos. The tacos must have been good as my husband inhaled them.I enjoyed a delicious jambalaya, the spice lever was perfect, the mix of chicken pulled pork, chorizo and prawns was perfect. I was a little worried about the size as not being enough but I actually struggled to finish it. The dish was delicious. My husband opted for the taste test f Brazil, the combination of curries was delicious, the meal came with rice and who strong fries, these were crisp and hot. The rice was flavoursome and perfectly cooked.Our 2 year old enjoyed the chicken burger l, fries and sweetcorn. He also tucked into our food. The children’s menu is prefect size. (Out lo is a huge eater) he really enjoyed the churro.The cocktail I had was tasty but not much drink ice ratio… I know they are but one get 1 free but still £7 a pop for not much liquid. This was the only negative I can say.Service was great, food tasty and cocktails tasted good.

Have been to mermaid quey restaurant a number of times and always never had a bad word to say about it. This time wasn’t much different we were having a great time, my sons first bottomless brunch for his 18th birthday. The first hour service was fabulous, really fast! The second hour we were waited on only twice and the drinks took so long to come that we were told we had to leave before our second round had arrived (we’d ordered it 20minsutes before our bb ended). Don’t get me wrong it had got very busy in there in that second hour we were there but only 1 drink each in a whole hour is just not acceptable. A lot of the servers weren’t anyone I’d recognised from other times I’d been there so maybe that was the issue.We will return as like I’ve said above we’ve never had a bad experience before but as it was for my sons 18th and I’d hyped the fast service up so much to my family it was definitely a little disappointing. We will come back as

I remember when menu changed it actually upset me lol I liked before was different nice colourful not just another black and white restaurant chain menu . I liked when Burito and enchilada were served on big plate with rice nicer and usage of box black bean sauce had a common sense, now where all is in the small dish I have to eat separate, I stopped going and recently got voucher for my birthday so we used I liked in general it was tasty but everything is spicy like I have no choice . However menu put me down the most . I get it food is hot lingering those dishes and on the plate wasn’t always but no it’s not good. We go once in a while but I use to like much better
