Have the account with TradePoint for many years, but recently decided to check it out and wasn’t able to login to the account on both computer and app, refers to the connection point however the connection is clear and available Additionally they don’t upload the records of purchases and receipts, so it is not possible to access the purchases Would be helpful if you could help with this

I’m a regular TradePoint user so this app seems like a good idea as it avoids using the website on a phone. But, it’s awful, surely such a big firm could have got a decent app designer to make a better job of it. For example, I thought I’d look up my recent orders - but it only lists 2 that I had delivered, none of my purchases at the actual TradePoint stores. And even the two delivered orders listed don’t show the date - and they were years ago, actually. I suppose it’ll save me having to remember to carry my card as it does display my account barcode, but that is of pretty minimal help. Very disappointing.

The app is generally useful for quick and simple orders. However, it has several issues: I can’t save items to the basket, I can’t view past orders, and it tends to be glitchy. For anything beyond a straightforward order, it’s easier and more reliable to use the website.

I’ve had a Trade Card for years but now wanted to have the card put I’m my online Wallet! after confirming my account was open , I can get know where re finding my card to put it my my mobile?
