My first visit and experience to Popeyes in Perry Barr was really poor, however I decided to go again and I got to say during my subsequent visits the service has been excellent. The above two managers were attentive and considerate and very friendly making sure my order was all correct unlike my first visit. Great service chaps !
Terrible buggy app - constant errors and lost discount

Tried ordering through the app and it kept erroring where nothing would go through and after making my order and adding my card details I was prompted to go back and add to my cart because it kept booting me back to the order screen. Tried to redeem my 20% discount for about 10 mins in the parking lot going in constant loops of being unable to add an item, or being able to add an item, it resetting and booting me back to the order menu. Ended up giving up just going in to order but this was an appalling experience because the order kiosks don’t even have the ability to scan into the rewards system of the app like all other fast food chains… so I just forgone the discount completely

I read the reviews of the Popeyes app with lots of people complaining about getting error messages and decided to ignore them as incompetence. So I downloaded the app and set up a new account. I have to say it looks lovely. So I went to the new Gloucester store, pit and order in, went to make a payment and received an error message. I tried another 2 times. Same error message. I tried two different cards in case that was the problem. Same error message. So I went through the ‘drive-through’ and spoke to a member of staff whose badge said ‘Manager’ on it. On questioning about the app, she said. “Yeah it doesn’t work. Technical issues”. Question. Why is this app still available offering discounts and rewards if it doesn’t work?

it’s a good app but there is literally no way of seeing the expiry date of anything?? and also i can’t see the opening times of my local popeyes??????? there are just no times that show anywhere. other than this it’s good because i love free stuff and convenience but it would be gen times more convenient if i could See when i’m able to get my free shake
