The new app is a marked improvement on the old one. I love that I can now see all of my trades in one place without having to switch between my accounts, and that I can more easily fund my trades at the deal ticket. There's still areas for improvement but I'm excited for the updates to follow.

Just installed the app, logged in and none of my many watch lists are showing (despite it implying it would). Says I have none. Please don’t trash the iPad app too. I’m assuming this is for the phone only as on it clearly isn’t iPad compatible. Just to add to this as the developer took the time to respond. You have an app that is currently functionally excellent. Not gimmicky, not cluttered. It just works! I don’t understand why you’d destroy that. I also can’t understand how you’d release an app that is unable to migrate watchlists across. Seems like this has been rushed out without any thought. Please consider delaying “removal” of the old far superior app. Thanks.

Sorry for the confusion — watchlists haven’t yet been migrated to the new app, but we’re actively working on this. In the meantime, please use the web platform or the old app to access and view your watchlists. We appreciate your patience, and noted on the iPad concern too — that’s valuable feedback as we continue developing the app.
App is laggy, CS slow

App is laggy, which makes using it annoying. Sometimes seems to display incorrect share prices, and as of writing I can’t log in for no discernible reason - IG status page dates everything is up and running. *** Update ***After an 1hr 15mins on hold I was able to get them to change my email address - it seems their system has an issue with Proton Mail. So any password reset emails do not show (in the end my password was correct, their system simply refused to recognise the email I used to register with!). This is concerning as I can’t see any emails they may have sent before today.

I love IG because of their zero commission trading, but the old app wasn't great. However this new version is a game changer!!! I love being able to see all my investments in one place and focus mode makes it super easy if you want to just look at Crypto or Stocks. A well deserved 5 stars ⭐ ⭐ ⭐ ⭐ ⭐
