Have been surprised that Dunelm haven’t had an app earlier. Having spent many years ordering items on line with them I just couldn’t understand why they only had a website. Anyway finally they have a usable app and it certainly makes ordering way faster and clearer when using your phone rather than a website designed for a laptop on your phone. Seems to function well. Good search bar with filters so allows you to narrow down your search efficiently. Paying seems quicker to. Deffo happy to have this .. finally. Better late than never; as they say.

I really like Dunelm and have ordered many times from their website so was pleased to find they now have an app! I’ve been using this app daily, creating a wishlist and used it to place some orders for delivery. I found the app easy to use, well designed and quick. The checkout worked well, I found the products easily and could browse the categories and add to bag from the wishlist I created. Will definitely be using again especially for Christmas.

Over the last few weekends, we’ve now had delivered and built a Double Wardrobe, the Four Door Wardrobe and the Dressing Table, all in the Olney range in Stone. We will have the 5 Draw Chest of Drawers delivered this weekend which will then complete our project and complete redecoration of our bedroom. The units are solid and excellent quality.

I tried to make an order and kept getting stuck at the payment page. No payment options come up. I tried selecting Apple Pay at the basket instead and kept getting payment error. It’s not until I tried a web browser instead that the payment page would display correctly but I get an error saying you can’t deliver the product to my address. This validation doesn’t appear in the app. Maybe one to look into to avoid all the frustration I went through. Otherwise, it’s a good app and very fast to load.
