A fabulous system all round. The PC version allows you to write/copy (should I be saying that?) scores with a high degree of sophistication. This App allows you to share that material with users who then can’t change it, other than using their own PC and making changes that they can listen to, but will not affect the original file. This works extremely well as an aid to our choir members familiarising with little known or more complex scores. And you the originator can make and distribute changes as required. Thanks for a great piece of software. The only problem is, on updating this App, it has managed to delete my previous songbook library. Great!Also whilst I have now upgraded to pro I still cannot listen to some scores (“temporarily unavailable” - permanently), often when they have chords attached, not notated.

I’m just getting back into playing the violin and thought I’d see what apps are available for music to learn as a lot of printed books don’t have any modern songs in them, I saw there was a subscription cost and thought I’d signed up for one of those 7-day free trials which they were advertising on the app. However I got a notification saying £120 had come out of my bank account which lead me to investigate and find out the 7-day trail was only valid for the monthly subscription option which it did not tell me before paying! So, I ended up paying £120 for this app despite not even trying it out. Still I thought I’d see what it involves. Immediately I’m then prompted to “upgrade” my £120 a year subscription I’ve just brought to get access the actual music scores for another £58! Plus the “courses” it advertised were in fact only 5 beginner videos! I immediately requested a refund which has been declined as I’m not eligible (no reason given for this). So now I’m £120 out of pocket which is a lot of money! TLDR: Avoid this app at all costs, I’ve experienced and read other reviews of problems with taking money never mind the fact it’s expensive for what it is anyway! I’m very upset and angry that this has happened. And I’m extremely disappointed in Apple for allowing it to happen and not rectifying it seen as I requested the refund the very same day! I think I only spent about 10mins on the app in total and now I have to pay a full years subscription!

I recently was trying to print a sheet of piano music and was shown a link to a "7-day free trial". I clicked this link and signed up thinking that I would be given a free trial period to test out this site and basically just to get this one piece of sheet music. Next thing I know I've been charged over £100! I emailed them straight away to explain my situation and the reply I got was that my 7-day free trial had expired and that I hadn't cancelled it before the end (funny considering it had barely even been 1 hour from having signed up), that I had added on another 'Learning' extension to my subscription which cost me even more which I wasn't even aware of when signing up and that hey had specially 'discussed my case with the head office'. The result? They offered me either a 35% refund or to keep the subscription. Absolute SCAM! Honestly their practises are disgraceful, tricking customers into paying for something they are not fully aware of and then on email denying the reality of the situation and trying to get away with it by offering partial refunds. I called up my bank and they agreed it was very dodgey of them and that by no means should I accept any partial refund. I will be following this up with my bank to star this company as fraudsters. Interesting that when I looked up this website online as well there were MANY forums of people discussing the exact same thing having happened to them. Absolutely ridiculous that a site like this hasn't been closed down or held responsible to its actions.In sum, DO NOT sign up for this website, it is a SCAM!

I’ve had a subscription for this app for at least 5 years and used it quite sporadically as the quality of the arrangements varies greatly and I don’t want to search for 10 versions of the same song to find one that’s more or less accurate. There are loads of unfinished songs that you need to screen off till you find some decent one. Anyway, I would save the ones I liked so it would be easier for me to go back to them. It must be a couple of months I used the app and saved some songs only to find out that those songs I was able to open now they require to be purchased separately or to be paid another subscription on top of the subscription I’m already paying. That’s a huge scam, I’m not going to pay more for something I could use previously which I was already paying for. The app wasn’t good to begin with, but this is unacceptable. Also, their email which they include in these replies, it doesn’t work. I’ve write several times before and no one replied, so don’t even bother writing anything. They are just scamming people at this point.
