I have used Zoho Mail as the primary email infrastructure for two businesses over the past two years. Custom domain setup is straightforward, multi-domain management under a single admin console works exactly as advertised, and the deliverability has been consistently reliable. For any business operator who needs professional email without paying enterprise prices, this is the most complete solution available. It does not have the brand recognition of Google Workspace but it does not need it. The product stands on its own.
Simply the best

Been on Zoho Mail having migrated from a Microsoft Exchange server in 2010. Never regretted that move, quite the opppsite. It so easy to use and administer as a non techie. Runs in perfect harmony across all my devices both locally and in the browser. Manage and send/receive from multiple domains all in one place with shared inboxes, groups and TFA for security - it’s just a phenomenally good product For those using the wider Zoho platform the inbuilt integration to CRM, Workdrive, Desk, Notes etc is an absolute boon to personal productivity.

The app itself is good. Lots of options to customise it. Some small comments:- Swipe to view folders is handy. Would be great if I could edit folders in the app.- Swipe actions on email are good. I would prefer it if swipe left was just "archive" instead of a menu. I can at least use the swipe right action for that.- Touch ID security is a nice touch.- Offline replies are very handy.Mail admin is where it all falls down. It's only possible to manage my account on the Zoho website, which is fine except the UI on mobile is unusable: everything overlaps and it's impossible to scroll. Seems to be a problem with the Zoho site in general actually. I know I can always use a desktop computer for the admin side, but it's 2022 and mobile sites should **just work**. I don't want to trust my email to a company that can't get that right. It's preventing me from continuing to setup my account until I can get to my laptop.For reference: I'm using Safari on iOS 15.2.1 (latest), no problems with any other sites.

Good alternative to the big names

I like to keep my email accounts separate for security reasons and Zoho has been a reliable alternative to the big names.The app is straightforward to use without needing complicated keystrokes.However it is routinely not deleting items from my Inbox. I check my mail regularly, move or delete items as required.Then later when I open the app to check again at least one old mail is sitting there in the Inbox and hasn’t moved. Very annoying.
