6 Asia airport to town transfers

I had booked Klook for all 6 of my airport to town transfers in Seoul, Tokyo and HK and so glad that l did. Klook had arranged all 6 transfers with impeccable timing and professional service. Not once were we let down by the driver not turning up or late. I had been highly sceptical initially as this was the first time l had used their app and booking service! Thank you Klook for making our Asia trip so enjoyable and stress free. I write this review to express how grateful l am to your service on all 6 airport to town transfers. Sam

We use this organisation for many trips and transportation options when travelling around Southeast Asia.When things run smoothly everything is fine which is why you pay a premium to themHowever, when things do not go well such as we had a trip booked which the supplier cancelled and we then had to wait 14 days for a refund.We were offered the same trip a day before which we booked and they then cancelled 12 hours before we were due to go on the trip.Customer service are about as much help as a chocolate fireguard and literally having exchanged 80 messages with them they just told me there’s nothing they can do because the supplier has not cancelled the trip on their systemsYou also have to provide them with absolutely everything apart from your inside leg measurement and your passport number and they keep sending silly messages saying we’re here to help when they absolutely do nothing.There are much better options out there and we are moving our future bookings away from this organisation.They simply don’t care and just want to take the moneyUpdateIt was left to me to contact the travel agent they used and the supplier that the travel agent subtracted the work to which I did and finally convinced them to process a refund through Klook Klook then told me it would take up to 30 days to be refunded to my card They have no idea about how refunds work and all of their customer service processes are designed to make customers give up.Do not use this company please please please do not. There are plenty of alternatives out there.

Dishonest driver trying to scam for extra money

We were assigned a dishonest driver trying to scam money off us. No terms in the contract saying there was going to be a surcharge for luggages (number & sizes) . Driver called 30 minutes before arrival (trip to airport) and said there was also a size restrictions on the luggage (almost like airport checkin, I was amazed he did not weight the luggage and impose extra overweight charges like airlines do) - that he can still send us to the airport but we have to pay surcharge. No time for argument as we need to catch our flight - we didn’t pay for the surcharge he requested so I quickly get a cab to go airport on my own with 2 luggages whereas my husband travel in the booked car with my crying daughter not understanding why I did not travel in the same car where there was an empty seat. Would rather pay the cab fare than being extorted by the driver at the last minute. Despicable.

This website is great! I am currently out in South Korea teaching and I used this site to find good deals for prepaid sims. The deals for the prepaid sims are amazing! I got mine 20% off it’s original price and thanks to the instructions the app left me it was easy to install and find the pick up desk. They don’t only do Siam’s, they have various discounts to theme parks, airport transfers etc. I defiantly will use them again for discounts on the local attractions. I would recommend anyone who is out in Asia at the moment to use it.
