Good service but awful app

Great laundry service and really friendly staff. I’d love to give them 5 stars but the app is just horrid. More complicated than it needs to be, glitchy and sends you round in circles sometimes. They definitely need to invest in a new app and take a look at other laundry apps out there, but as for service they can’t be beaten.

All was fine until delivery day when I rushed home for my allotted time slot 2-4pm, as it was almost 4pm I called to see if it was nearly here only to be fold it was going to be after 5pm as I had to be somewhere the kind lady offered me a delivery for the following morning between 9 -11 am which I accepted, the following morning at 9:30 am the delivery man arrived and handed me a couple of items which I knew were not mine as I had sent in around 20kg of washing, the driver promptly returned to his van where he sat for around 10 minutes on his phone and then just drove off leaving me wondering where my washing was but thought someone from the office would call, but no it was left to me to call them and the young girl on the phone just said she’d get someone to call me, eventually a man called to let me know it would be with me at 10pm which I wasn’t happy with so he said okay between 4-6pm it finally arrived at 930pm with no apology or even a call the next day. I would not recommend and won’t be using this so called Market Leading Laundry Service again. Customer Service skills are required also for this you know.

Missing items

I have used this service 4 times now and never again. The first time my items had shrunk and my husband claimed that some of his items were missing, but I could not rememberwhat I had included so I was willing to overlook. However on each of the 3rd and 4th uses when the items were returned one of my towels was missing and someone else’s towel was included instead and I noticed a few other items missing as well. When speaking to customer service they were not at all helpful, instead quoting their ts&cs that they were not liable for missing items with the wash fold and dry service. When I read the ts&cs there was a specific mention that ‘

In the unlikely event of loss or damage to an itemLove2Laundry will pay compensation in line with the Fair Compensation Guidelines as provided by the Textile Services Association.’ When I quoted this to the customer service team, they came back to me saying this only pertains to the dry cleaning service, which is not how it’s written in the ts&cs. When I asked for details of the official complaints process I was ignored. Deplorable behaviour.

Thanks for your email. With wash dry and fold service, we do not count pre or after the wash. We simply allocate one washer, dryer & folder per order and do not mix any two customer garments. We are sorry that you are not happy, please contact us at for any further queries.
