Great card

I’ve been using this card for 5 months now, I got it originally to improve my credit score, however I find it by far a great tool and so convenient, I use it all the time now for fuel, meals out etc when I don’t have the ready funds, if I’ve had a lean month with bills, then I pay it off in full before my statement date, just the convenience of it all is fantastic, the app itself is clean and fresh and is flawless in the way it works, after a payment the credit limit is fully restored the day after, with payment pending until the day after that as well, but one feature I particularly like is the live chat feature in the top right corner of the app, looks like a speech bubble, I had some questions the other day and i was connected virtually straight away no messing, the woman I messaged was helpful to the extreme and didn’t make me feel like an idiot for needing further clarification over the fact it’s been a lot of years since I used a credit card, so was just needing further information, she totally understood and helped explain how the billing cycle works, so all in all both the app and the card are superb, even the card design is nice to look at and admire (bit sad I know) but I appreciate having it and am so grateful I got accepted in the first place

Marbles have helped me a lot,I’m struggling now as my partner has passed away,even though I’m executor of the will they (my partners son and wife etc)they thought they could just takeover,I’ve no house,food etc the son has locked me out of the house and all my belongings in it,I’m staying with my Daughters on the settee,I was wondering if my credit limit could be put up,I will have money to clear off my debts once everything is sorted out,I have proof of the will and the estate my partner has left me is quite substantial and would be paid off in full,please,please can you help me and your app is easy and I feel safe using it,thank you for reading this but maybe the best way is to phone directly. — yours faithfully Cara S B Byrne.

App does not work!

The worst use experience of any app I have even used!

The app makes you enter a user name and passcode, then asks for verification by text, this is just to log in!

Then once you are in it crashes constantly, freezes, goes through making a payment and confirms the payment as you make it but doesn’t take the money.

The app does not show if you have made payment for that month or if it was for the previous month, so if you can’t remember if you have paid the app doesn’t show you.

I set up a direct debit last month, it has not been taken and I now have a late payment notification, I was unable to pay a couple of months ago as the app was experiencing major issues that Marbles knew about which prevented me logging in and when I finally got in the payment page didn’t work. I got a late payment for this despite the fault being their app. Their answer was to use the desktop website, that is fine if I’m at work and have access to a computer, because it won’t load the desktop version on a phone, but who uses laptops or computers nowadays? I know 3 people who have laptops, all 3 of them are work laptops supplied by their company. Everyone just uses phones and tablets. I had the problem again last month but managed to make payment before I was late, so even though I don’t like them I set up a direct debit that they have not yet taken and now marked me as late.
