Description
What are the app’s key features?
• Access information securely – we use One Time Passcode authentication and ask a number of data protection questions before any personal case information is able to be seen.
• View existing, and add new cases – view up to date information on your case(s), including case status (e.g. paid, unpaid etc.), total amount you may still owe, the enforcement stage your case is currently at, copies of important letters we have sent you. If you receive a letter about another case, simply use our ‘Add case’ function to add to your existing cases.
• Quick access functions throughout the app – ‘Pay now’ button directing you to our secure payment website, ‘Call us now’ button to put you through to our customer service team, ‘Request payment plan’ button to take you to the payment plan request page.
• Take control and let us help you:
• Income and expenditure form - complete our income and expenditure form to tell us what money you get, from where and what you spend it on. This allows us to understand your circumstances and support you in getting your cases paid.
• Request a payment plan – use our interactive payment plan request section to tell us what you can afford to pay and when, on what regularity (e.g. weekly, monthly) and over what length of time.
• If you’re struggling to pay – we understand that each customer’s circumstance can affect their ability to pay money they owe. We can only help you if you let us know what support you need. Our trained support teams are here for you, so use our ‘Struggling to pay’ section to arrange a video or audio appointment at a date and time that is convenient for you.

Fishy business
I’ve been trying to add my second case with these guys to the app. But from all the reviews I’ve read I’m not sure that’s in these guys best interests. The app is absolute rubbish and not maintained even though you’ll keep getting msg saying it’s under maintenance.. for weeks? Struggling to pay options is present but not useful. My first case was paid off in full but the second will be a plan which I’m dreading cause 200£ can turn to 700 with 1 misstep. Fortunately the address tied to the second case is not my current address. So without engaging with me they won’t even be allowed to enforce it on the residence there. I just don’t want the likes of these guys on me as I’ll go jail behind them trying to play with me. This is folks life. I got a baby on the way and my fuse is short. Praying for a peaceful outcome but highly doubt it. They earn through folks not keeping up or the enforcement stage. I’m an enforcer too however. And won’t be robbed blind or bullied.
Do not enter in to payment plans. It’s a trap.
I entered in to a payment plan to pay off a debt from a parking fine that resurfaced after years. It was accepted and an agreement was reached. The date was set for them to take the first payment well in advance. The date came and went and they hadn’t taken the money. Trying to get in contact with them is impossible so I decided to go back on the app to try to get in touch there. The payment plan was now listed as broken? There was no communication to let me know and there was absolutely no attempt to take the payment.
I assume the next step would be to send enforcement agents around claiming that I’d missed a payment, before upping the debt by a couple of hundred due to them ‘ being forced to send bailiffs to reclaim the debt’.
Luckily I caught on to it early and paid it off in full.
Typical cycle scam. The only way these types of ‘people’ can earn a living. Don’t fall for it.
More bad than good
Ok so I understand if marstons have contacted you 9 times out 10 it’s not for anything positive
That put aside for what it was it was easy to use app made it easy to make payments and show you what you was up to
Negative thought - I was contacted by a agent after 2 weeks of requesting a call back, I set up a payment play of 100 a month for the next two months an then after that 400 a month as I was paying other bills that was clearing in two months.
When my agreement came through that had put 200 a month for the first two months an then 400
Lucky enough I knew I had the full amount coming with a week so this was just a safety net, that being said if I was in a bad situation and my limit was actually 100 a month, by them changing it to 200 would of cause massive stress
Debt is never a good thing when collectors are hounding you with letters I hope anyone reading this comes through the other side debt free with no issues.
