I’ve been using MyCars for 4 years for now, despite that every week some app issue comes around I’ve been with them supporting this local company.Now, after the last update I’m no longer being able to login into my account to book a simple trip because of some technical issues in the app…It’s a shame that nowhere can find any explanation about why these issues are happening and worsting the user experience.After spending two days in a row trying to login into my account, I decided to pass to other taxi company. The app is worsen with every new update. I’m sick of arriving later because nothing works as expected. I’m sorry guys, in this way you will loose customers and reputation.

Love the app in terms of functionality and ease of use but it is so slow to update. Every time I book a taxi through the app, I’mIn the car and on my way before the app updates and says the driver is there.
