How myVAILLANT Pro works:
Once you have downloaded the app, you can log in with your existing Vaillant Advance credentials.

After login you can start connecting Vaillant heating systems with a vSMART and adding clients to your customer list. You can also look up error codes in the code finder and have access to the documentation for Vaillant products.

myVAILLANT Pro is exclusively for Vaillant partners.

Not working

I have put my correct email address and password in, it comes up saying incorrect - I had the same issue with ServiceASSIST and that was never resolved - come on Webdev, improve your bug fixing!!

Don’t work

So I’m an advanced installer, put my email in, put my password in.. don’t work.. incorrect password.. go on my other advanced app. Same email same password and it works...
