Hi, Can you add an option to load the ticket on app? I have purchased Tram Ticket using website but I cannot load the ticket on the NETGO! app.
Can you also add Tram Times? Like the Departure and Arrival Time.
Good but buggy
App is usually flawless and the tramline updates are very useful plus and I can purchase tickets within seconds and it’s cheaper and more environmentally friendly than getting tickets from the machines. However for the last 2 weeks my app will not let me purchase tickets anymore and it is constantly “fetching last payment method” I have tried logging out and in again and deleting and redownloading the app but nothing seems to work so I have had to purchase my tickets at the machines which is sometimes inconvenient. Any help available ?

Hi, sorry to hear you're having problems. The issue you're reporting is an account rather than app issue. We do have an update for release soon that should help to resolve such account issues but if you can contact info@mynetgo.co.uk we can get you back up and running. If you're also able to update your review once this is resolved that would be much appreciated.
App works amazingly
So easy to use. Simply choose your ticket either single, daily or weekly and pay through apply pay - they take AmEx too!!
Just make sure your phone is always charged though for when the ticket needs to be checked!
The prices are about 10p cheaper than the machines and I think some tickets are cheaper than the pay as you go card.
