We’ll be with you every step of the way, helping you achieve your target, picking you up if you stumble, and celebrating your successes for 28 days - and beyond!

I have only just downloaded this app and I am already enjoying the benefits of it, don’t get me wrong I have tried many times & failed however I did manage 4 years off the smoking & after putting my cigarette money faithfully in a jar which could only be smashed to get my money out I actually paid for a new leather suite after only 8 months so that alone kept me going, however with family issues I stupidly started again but now that I have this app I can check it everyday to see my progress. I think this app along with strong willpower will push me on through which is one of the hardest things to give up. I’m 48 now & have a grandson so I want to be able to enjoy him & be as healthy & wealthy as I can be. All I can do is do my best so fingers crossed this app is going to help me along with my journey.........🙏🙏
Helpful
I stopped smoking in August 2021 with the help of this App and a lot of self will power . It really helped me focus on what I was trying to do and made it fun instead of a chore . Trying to get the badges and seeing how much I was saving kept me focused on the App rather than the stopping smoking . Ok I slipped back a few times in the early days and the app even helped me with getting back to what I was trying hard to do., got me back to my goal . And now I can honestly say I’ve finally stopped smoking .
It’s a wonderful App , that offers help and makes you determined to see the task through . I still use it today but only to check how much I’m saving . It’s amazing .
Given up smoking
I stop smoking on Friday the 1st Oct I can’t say that I’ve not been climbing the walls I have but I’m going to keep going as long as I can hopefully forever I stopped last year for 3 months don’t sound like much it was agony then a friend called in I hadn’t seen in over a year offered me one and I succumbed but I live on my own so that helps because least there no one around me smoking but went out yesterday and I could smell some smoke and it’s like the bisto advert where the fumes in the air were wafting around me but I did not get tempted thank god anyway back to the grindstone and keep going good luck to everyone trying to give up like me.😱
