Good but basic

Okay so I do really like this app but there’s not a comment section anywhere to leave feedback so I gotta do it on here I’m sorry ☹️ A few tips for improvement: 1. Allow an option for allow options for time periods of savings e.g. many people get paid every 2 or 4 weeks so work out their savings that way so would be helpful if when saying how much you can save, you can say “I can save £200 every 4 weeks” instead of trying to guess an approximate for it in months without setting too high a target for some months. 2. Make it more obvious where you can update how much you’ve saved I.e. on the homepage because atm it’s in what looks like the settings side 3. Add in the tool to see what % of your goal you’ve saved so far from what your target is and what you’ve said you’ve got in savings Sorry if it seems annoying, love love the app, especially the features of property area pricing and house style pricing, but would love to see these little improvements to make it more user friendly 💛💛💛

A Great App

I would say that I love the design of the app, the overall UX is really nice and I can see an amazing outline for what the app will become.

Downside at the moment is that it doesn’t interact with chase very well. Considering that people are swapping en-masse to chase (mainly due to their interest/cashback and not so much their app) - I’d have thought this would be an option to create a direct debit with.

This is the only massively poor experience I’ve seen - will give 5 stars anyway because I love the company.

Hey Glen, Lynsey here! Thanks for your kind words about Nude, and for your comments regarding Chase bank too. 

At the moment, the Nude app uses Open Banking to connect your banks not only to set up regular savings into your LISA, but also so we can help highlight trends and patterns in your spending from your connected banks, and generate bespoke ideas based on this to help you save more. 

Although all the major high street banks plus many of the newer challenger banks have made their Open Banking APIs available, sadly not all banks have done so yet - Chase being one of them. 

Chase have noted on their Twitter feed that "At the moment we do not have Open Banking however this is something we are working hard to bring! We understand how important it is for our customer’s to have this option and hopefully won’t be too long before it is available" so it's definitely worth contacting them so they know the demand is there from their customers!
