Good but basic

Okay so I do really like this app but there’s not a comment section anywhere to leave feedback so I gotta do it on here I’m sorry ☹️ A few tips for improvement: 1. Allow an option for allow options for time periods of savings e.g. many people get paid every 2 or 4 weeks so work out their savings that way so would be helpful if when saying how much you can save, you can say “I can save £200 every 4 weeks” instead of trying to guess an approximate for it in months without setting too high a target for some months. 2. Make it more obvious where you can update how much you’ve saved I.e. on the homepage because atm it’s in what looks like the settings side 3. Add in the tool to see what % of your goal you’ve saved so far from what your target is and what you’ve said you’ve got in savings Sorry if it seems annoying, love love the app, especially the features of property area pricing and house style pricing, but would love to see these little improvements to make it more user friendly 💛💛💛

Good but could be better

I love it, it helps me loads, but trying to get my partner on it is hard because there isn’t enough info about it before signing up so he doesn’t trust it, we’d love to save together yet separately like you offer but he’s still sceptical

The general idea of it is good, I don’t like that I had to choose an area for the house prices to set my goals because I’m not fussed about where I live I just have a goal I’d like to get to, and trying to change settings about your personal data is difficult, I’m still trying to change my mobile number from the beginning of December because no one’s getting back to me about it

Other than these random picky things it’s a great app and the rates are amazing

Great app, with lots of potential

It’s a great app that combines a LISA with the option to also see how changes to outgoings can affect your ability to buy a home.

Also worth mentioning is that, while I initially had difficultly getting an issue I put through to customer support fixed (I hadn’t received their email reply), once they got through to me their team followed up frequently to get my issue resolved. That’s amazing considering the service received at many start ups.

I would definitely recommend giving them a try. 4/5 stars because there’s some room for improvement. Give the app the try and find out yourself!

Hello Keith, thanks for your great review and for reporting the bug you found, we really appreciate your help.

In case anyone else experiences issues with the screen size on iPhone 11/13 Pro Max, when the phone settings have the Cross-Fade Transaction setting applied in Accessibility, it caused the issue you experienced, Keith. We've done some further investigations into why this is causing an issue, and have found that this is actually a bug in the React Native programming language on iPhones with iOS14 (https://github.com/facebook/react-native/issues/31484).

We've applied a fix into our next app release which is live now (v1.76) and in the meantime, disabling the setting Accessibility -> Motion -> Prefer Cross-Fade Transaction should resolve this.
