Only the best for my baby!

Pampers were my go to brand for nappies right from the start, and I have used them throughout, with my little girl now being almost 2 years old. I love how well they fit, how comfortable and soft they are, as well as details such as the water marker, helping you know when they have wet their nappy (this was so helpful in the early stages!). On top of all of this, I love the fact that you can collect points along the way, towards money off or free nappies and the app makes it super easy to collect your points and store them. If you haven’t already, download the app. There are lots of articles and advice that can help your parenting journey too!

One nappy for every 100 you buy.

Old app and rewards system used to be great. Could get a whole packet of nappies for every ten packs I bought. Made it worthwhile to spend the extra money on branded when competitors are half the price. However the reward system now only gives you one nappy for every hundred points. In my little ones first 5 months I received 3 free packs bear in mind “New baby” packs don’t have scannable codes so no rewards for newborn nappies. She’s now 10 months old and since the reward system change we haven’t earned a single free pack 💁🏼‍♀️ they’ve now changed it again so the only nappies you can get are the baby dry ones, no more pull-ups, no more active fit. So you earn less in return, get less benefits for loyalty and they’re still the most expensive brand in mainstream shops, do with that what you will. I will be toilet training as soon as she’s cooperative because at this rate I’d rather spend the money on carpet cleaner and let my baby bareas* it in the house.

No longer worth it.

Update again: Final count was that it took scanning 22 packs of nappies to get the same reward as you used to receive for scanning 10 packs.

Update following dev response: So it’s not an intuitive customer experience at all but you can get packs of nappies with your points. The seamless experience only offers you the £2 voucher but if you go back to the Home Screen then go to rewards you can get slightly better rewards. BUT if you had the old app it was 10 packs scanned to get a free pack of nappies. With this new system it’s AT LEAST 50% more required (if not more due to initial bonus points) so really isn’t as beneficial. I will possibly look to other brands now given this substantial change. ———————————————————————— Original review: When you could save up your credits for a free pack of nappies this app was worth it. Now that you get a measly £2 voucher (which you then have to remember to take into a Tesco, Asda or coop) it’s just not worth the effort.
