Parent Admin 4+

I’ve had need to reply to a message using my phone, but every keystroke sends the view to the top of the page where the box I am typing in is at the bottom, out of sight, so I cannot see what I am typing! Most annoying! This is only one gripe with the app… a login page that is zoomed so much it doesn’t fit on my screen properly, a email/password login which is somewhat outdated perhaps, and general difficulties when we first set things up… for saying this is designed to help make life easier when you have a screaming child around, it really isn’t!

This is possibly the worse app I’ve ever used. It really isn’t fit for purpose. I had to try about 10 times to submit my registration details. I’m still not sure what I finally did to accept. It asks so many questions that just aren’t relevant and the company has no business asking. The app doesn’t seem to fit properly on a phone screen, I had to use the up and down arrows to navigate through each field in the form as I couldn’t scroll up and down the screen. And most importantly, there seems to be no way to request a set pattern of childcare - isn’t that supposed to be the whole point of the app?
Sorry, my child could design a better app than this.

The app is relatively useable once logged in, but there should be an easier way to log in rather than typing email & password each time - face recognition or finger print?
Some of the pages (inc. “booking pattern”) don’t seem very mobile friendly either, but we don’t use those very often (other people might).
The app just needs some tweaking as is could be a great way to easily check up on everything about your child’s nursery in one place, it’s just not that user-friendly at the moment.
