Transaction failed and poor customer support
I am trying for months for transferring my money internationally and it is being declined or getting some problems every time the time i have used my card for transaction it was error from remitly where my money was deducted from my bank and they didn’t even reach to remitly and was struck between i have to wait for a week to get my money back and now i am using bank transfer via token and my miney is not even debited even after completing the transaction see how funny it is and the customer support is really useless by webchat every time i message them they usually not give any proper response and say bye not resolving the customer query.

It didn’t even pop up on my app to rate the app but I had to do it because to be honest when I first saw Rewire I didn’t really give it much attention, I have been searching for other apps before I decided to try it and it is the best and easiest thing that has come my way in terms of money transfer. I am very grateful to this app. Although I am quite saddened that you don’t do credit transfer. Still, thank you!
