What a discovery!
I recently began using Signia hearing aids but my audiologist didn’t mention that an app was available. I was left to discover it myself & I’m glad that I did. The app makes the aids so much more functional. I didn’t realise that so many options were available. However, when first installed there are various options such as individual volume controls for each aid etc. but after a day or two this reverts to fewer options. The only way to cure this is to delete the app & re-install! Other than that the app is excellent.

Excellent - A suggestion
This app is fantastic! I love the control it gives.
One thing I would find useful would be the ability to save some of my own settings the same as “noisy environment”. I’ve found a few standard changes that I do often, the ability to save and name these would make this a easier experience for me, for example:
When in the car I turn up the CROSS but turn down the hearing aid on the other side I would save this as “car”.

The app will only ever make temporary, short term adjustments to your aids so if there are specific setups that you find work for you please let your audiologist know and they will be able to add additional programs to match these, meaning you just change program and are instantly up and running in that specific environment. What a difference!
I’m 40yo and This is my first hearing aid 2 weeks in and having the app to connect to the device is amazing to be able to change setting on my phone makes this so much easier to use and fun to use too..
