Good app for browsing discounts and a quick response to problems by the developer
Previously I gave this app one star as it didn't allow you to log in if your name contained special characters, like apostrophes if you have an Irish name. But the developer fixed it the next day and contacted me to apologise. Now I can get in fine and the app works well. Thanks to the developers for this. I've never had that kind of quick effective response so I was impressed.
Besides that, the app is good. The layout is different to the website but appears to contain all the same useful info and ability to buy stuff once you get used to it. Plus it is much easier to buy instant-use vouchers for purchases on the go. I'd recommend it to anyone who uses the Rewards Gateway website.
So, I've gone from being frustrated and disappointed to being a happy customer. Thanks again to the developers for the super fast response.

First of all, let me apologize on behalf of all of us here at Reward Gateway who built the app.
We have let you down and we apologise. We dropped the ball. Our only real defence is that we didn't do it intentionally and as soon as this bug came to our attention we had fixed it and made it our number one priority. Within 48 hours we had a fixed version in the app store. This is not to say we didn't make an error but to show how seriously we take these issues.
We really do appreciate you taking the time out of your day to leave us the review. We do hope you'll accept our apology and give us a second chance now that the issue is fixed.
We would hate to think you'll miss out on the savings that we offer because of this.

Good though one outstanding bug
I’d sooner contact the developer here rather than leaving a review, however contact details are not immediately obvious!
Am on an iPhone 7 with IOS 12.1.4, with standard and SwiftKey keyboards loaded. Quite often on loading the app, I go to search and the keyboard does not display. Even after trying to disengage SwiftKey, still the same end result. This has been happening since last year. I can’t say if SwiftKey is a contributing factor. Are you aware RG?
Otherwise good app and readily allows me to purchase instant vouchers, when I can get the keyboard to work, whilst at the till without incurring impatient stares of customers queuing behind me!
Logs you out far to regularly
Great app and saves me money . But I’ve missed out on so many savings due to the fact it just logs u out randomly.
And you obs don’t realise this until your in a shop ready to use it .
Wouldn’t be a problem if you had access to work email on the go.
So I have to wait until I’m back at work to re log back into the app. But that’s no good on a sat or sun afternoon .
Up to six family members will be able to use this app with Family Sharing enabled.
