Really clever, just a pity about the cliches... Back button & option buttons get themselves mixed up while viewing downloaded images on my iPhone previously uploaded to the cloud from another device. There also appears to be issues with scrolling thru them; it sometimes just wobbles & won't move on to the the next picture. Then when you try to get back to the album the back button becomes the options button & so I found if I hit the options button I can go back to the album. And how do you delete something - done everything but I can't find any way to delete something or that annoying if pretty sample album! That said the pictures I uploaded from my business iPhone uploaded faultlessly & I could receive them on my personal iPhone but then the problems started. Needs a little work but great idea that solves my problem of getting pictures across between both phones & iPad brilliantly. Hope you can sort it out guys. Best of all - ITS FREE so thanks.

I’ve used this service for many years. It is easy to use and very reliable (except for just one short period of a few days). I can access all the company’s files on PC, laptop, iPad and iPhone… anywhere and at anytime. An excellent back up too. Highly recommended.

I’ve been a SugarSync subscriber for many years and am seriously considering moving to onedrive thanks to the complete lack of support. I logged an issue on 25 April 21 and after a few basic (and useless ) suggestions they stopped responding on 7 May. It’s now the 28 May and still nothing despite a number of chasing emails. The service is expensive vs others and now the service level has proven worthless I would advise people to look at the alternatives very closely as SugarSync is clearly under resourced.

Sugarsync is a fantastic service, provided by a developer who is constantly improving the product. Case in point - ninja mikey you were disappointed that you couldn't sync photos taken on your iPhone back to your desktop, well following the last update you can do just that. They also recently added the ability to stream ALL the music on your desktop to your iPhone without the need for your desktop to be turned on (which is the flaw in most other streaming apps).In short, for a few quid a year I get local copies of all my files on all my computers which are always in sync, I get a cloud which I can access from any desktop with an Internet connection and edit any of my files (with any changes I make immediately copied down to all my computers), I get to play any music track stored on my pc on the iPhone whenever I've got a mobile signal, i get to view any of my files on the iphone when i'm out and about, and I get the security of knowing that whatever happens to my files I can always go back to the cloud and undo any deletions or role back any file to it's last five versions. And most impressive of all, all of this just works, and works flawlessly (take note Apple). You need this in your life!!!
