The app is brilliant but unfortunately if you log out of the app the only way you can log in again is to enter your email address, which then sends you an email with a link. You can only use the launch Goodies button in the email if you have closed the app. It doesn’t work if the app is open in the background.Once you are in the App it does everything I need it to do and is very easy to use.

This app has auto installed on my phone twice without me downloading it, it literally just appeared. The first time earlier today was at the same time as another app that I had downloaded so I assumed it was bundled and just deleted it. I just checked my phone and it had reappeared, so I have deleted it again.

Asks for email address for which I put in. Then says it will send a magic link to my email to log me in. I get the link but it’s not so magic as it says it’s an invalid link ? Sort it out please and I will update review :)

The way this app doesn’t work will lead me to abandoning my fave local independent coffee shop and going to Costa where the loyalty app works. It’s just full of errors and you can’t just order and pay for a coffee Get it right or go home
