Useless app

Have tried to access my account but all I get is a silver screen. Tried deleting the app and re-installing it, but no joy, just a blank silver screen. Doesn’t give me much confidence in their technical team given all the poor reviews from last year and they still don’t seem to have improved it. And as they allow no other options but this app to get your tickets, you’d think they’d do something to fix it! Can only hope it’s sorted in time for this year’s tattoo but can’t say I’m optimistic!

App seems to work fine for me !

We swapped tickets with my friend and it was easy going, my tickets are now live and his will be in 2 days !
I see a lot of comments previously saying that the app is not working, perhaps the time hadn’t come yet ! I download the app only when I received the emails :)

Tickets

Two weeks to go before the show and still a grey blank screen, useless app. Should have gone for the tickets through the post. Have been in contact with the show in Edinburgh and they said if it does not work to contact a week before our arrival and they will sort the tickets out.
