I have been with Tesco mobile for a few years now with no issues . But then decided to upgrade my iPhone . The next day I was notified I was going back onto furlough so tho it it wasn’t the right time so called up to cancel the upgrade . As the phone was en route I was told I would need to receive and then send back so after it arrived I called up and on the 8th of jan a chap from dpd with a new packaging collected and the phone . Since then even though on numerous occasions I have been told the phone has been received and Tesco are sorting it I am still being billed for the new upgrade phone . I have called three times now snd on each occasion been assured they have the phone and within 24 hours it will be booked back in and taken off my account . Not once has this been done . Today when I went onto live chat as the phone lines are closed I was told I was past the return date , there was no record of my upgrade being cancelled and if I wanted to get out of the new contract it would cost me over £800 . Their customer services don’t seem to know what they are doing but helping customers is definately not a priority . Absolutely useless

Been with Tesco mobile for years as well as friends and family. Normally getting through or any query I’ve had is dealt with promptly and to my satisfaction. On this occasion it hasn’t been and my query regarding my account/bill & security question remains the same. I received a request from them to review my recent contact, which I did without giving any of my personal information. However, I’ve deleted that original review and changed it to this review, as I thought it was a bit unfair on Tesco what I had written. I’m not doing Chat again as they were taking too long so I phoned yesterday but message saying it’s going to be a long wait. Hung up after a while. Will try again early doors.

I’m so disappointed and frustrated. The other day I purchase a phone contract, paid for the fist month contract and got accepted for the contract after they did the credit check. I was so excited as really wanted to change my iPhone and go go for Samsung. I got about 3 emails how my order is on the to me. I even took a day off work to wait for the parcel. Same day I’ve seen a notification on my dpd app and parcel was going back to Tesco. I called Tesco they told me to call dpd as it’s most likely an error on my app. Tesco assured me that parcel it’s on my way. I called dpd and they said definitely parcel it’s going back to Tesco. I called Tesco again they said I shall wait until next day. Obviously they knew about parcel returning to them as they requested the return. I waited and next day I went on chat with Tesco mobile. First person disconnected me after took my details. Had to repeat myself to the second person and guess what? He got disconnected also after took my details. I called Tesco and they told me that yes parcel it’s on way back to them. So had to go to much hassle just Tesco to tell me that I’ll be refunded and I can try again. Yes sure! Why shall I try again? Not even today after 3 days no email from Tesco saying I got rejected or that I’ve failed the credit score or anything. I’m fuming! It’s like giving a present to someone just to take it back next day! It’s not even a present I was about to pay monthly for a phone that will worth half price in a month. I mean… Tesco really? Plus I don’t even have a bad cred score. Wonder if I will get the refund anyways. Disappointed!

Tesco Mobile in the Chesterfield area sold me a Contract for Phone Internet Services, l moved from EE with my Mobile Number that I’ve had for years and family and friends recognised, the O2 Mast was down and not fully functioning in the Chesterfield area, no internet services, phone kept going off whilst having conversations, I complained to Tesco Mobile and asked to be transferred back to EE, they refused so I contacted Trading Standards whom quickly got me back into the EE system witch as been Excellent, Tesco Mobile are now sending letters and emails plus debt collectors and Court appearances. I have sent all the reports from O2 and Trading Standards to both Tesco Mobile and Debt Management Services, they insist that I’ve broken my contract with them? Keith Goling 22nd February 202427th February 24 and still being chased by Tesco Mobile Dept Collectors after contacting Tesco Mobile local branch and Head Office to explain my situation, it’s frustrating and disappointing that a large business his treating customers in this way, would any other customers in the same situation as myself come forwards, that have been sold a contract recently with Tesco Mobile, knowing that they have problems with signal issues and strength issues with the local mast Chesterfield areas, please assist me customers so I can help you also to resolve this issue and STOP Tesco Mobile going through what I’ve had happen to myself, please don’t be afraid to go into the local store in Tesco at the top floor of Tesco Store and explain your situation, I’m back with EE now with-no problems or issues in the Chesterfield areas of S41
