Rubbish customer service

I have been with Tesco mobile for a few years now with no issues . But then decided to upgrade my iPhone . The next day I was notified I was going back onto furlough so tho it it wasn’t the right time so called up to cancel the upgrade . As the phone was en route I was told I would need to receive and then send back so after it arrived I called up and on the 8th of jan a chap from dpd with a new packaging collected and the phone . Since then even though on numerous occasions I have been told the phone has been received and Tesco are sorting it I am still being billed for the new upgrade phone . I have called three times now snd on each occasion been assured they have the phone and within 24 hours it will be booked back in and taken off my account . Not once has this been done . Today when I went onto live chat as the phone lines are closed I was told I was past the return date , there was no record of my upgrade being cancelled and if I wanted to get out of the new contract it would cost me over £800 . Their customer services don’t seem to know what they are doing but helping customers is definately not a priority . Absolutely useless

Having agreed to update my mobile phone, I am confused about the initial £ 20.-/ buffer. This amount was being substituted by a further £ 20.— and again with another £10.—. I was being told the phone used does now belong to me, the new contract does not require a SIM card with cost of the new contract the same as the old old one, with the buffer of £ 20.— not changed. I am 80 years old , not very clever with the new things like phones etc could the above please be explained by any clever respectful person thank you in advance.

Been going on for two months now I have an account with two numbers one my wife and one for myself my GPS signal keeps getting blocked and my 4G signal keeps getting blocked! No one from Tesco’s can tell me what is going on this is unacceptable I have spentHours on the phone and being told all different things I’m also spending hours connecting to the service supposedly due to High Call volumes! I wonder why? Can’t get to the bottom of this and promised phone calls from managers which never materialised! Well I have had one! Nobody seems to listen to you all they say is we will give you 1000 Clubcard points or £5 off your next bill which is no good to me whatsoever I need a service service that I’m paying for I’m not getting my want to cancel my contract but have been told that they need some money off the line I cannot accept these excuses anymore I am at my wits end and don’t know what to do next would someone pleaseCall me if you really do value your customers this is becoming a bit of a joke and I can’t deal with this anymore I have six months to go on my contract and I want to end it if you cannot sort my problems out please call me Tesco if you value your customer!
